The Haier Sports Gala 2025 brought together the true spirit of teamwork, energy, and excellence - the very values that define Haier. Held recently at the EME Sports Complex, the one-day celebration was packed with thrilling games, friendly rivalry, and an undeniable sense of unity among employees. This year saw active employee participation from both HPK and the Factory. Around 800 employees and over 100 dealers joined the festivities, making the event a true celebration of Haier’s extended family.

From the powerful shots in Cricket and Football to the strategic battles of Chess and Table Tennis, every match showcased passion, precision, and performance, all in Haier’s signature way, playing with the number onesAs a brand that continues to dominate globally in innovation and performance, Haier’s “Play with the Number Ones” philosophy goes beyond sports. With the recent LFC collaboration with the Haier Group, this spirit of excellence has reached new heights, celebrating the mindset that drives both athletes and Haier’s people: excellence through teamwork, commitment, and consistency. Just like world champions, Haier employees embody these values every day, transforming goals into victories both on the field and at work.

Adding to the excitement, this year’s Sports Gala also honored Haier’s Employees of the Month, recognizing the individuals who continue to raise the bar in dedication and performance. Their achievements reflect the same competitive and collaborative spirit that powered the day’s games.

近日，2025海尔巴基斯坦体育节在EME体育综合体圆满落幕。本次活动吸引了 800余名海尔员工及100多位经销商参与，既是一场体育竞技活动，更是海尔 “团队合作、追求卓越” 核心价值的生动践行，让 “与冠军同行” 的品牌理念得到进一步传递与深化。      

此次活动的比赛项目丰富多元，既涵盖板球、足球等充满激烈对抗的团体赛事，也包含兼具策略与技巧的象棋，以及考验精准度与反应力的乒乓球等项目。赛场上，每一位参与者都全力以赴，尽情展现着拼搏激情、专业素养与协作意识。

值得一提的是，依托与利物浦足球俱乐部的合作，海尔将这份追求卓越的精神不断升华 —— 既致敬赛场上奋勇争先的每一位参与者，也激励着全体海尔人始终秉持同样的进取心态。

活动期间，“月度员工”表彰环节同步有序开展。这些受表彰的员工凭借持续的努力与优异的表现，成为 “与冠军同行” 理念的鲜活例证，他们身上闪耀的竞争意识与协作精神，与赛场上的参与者一脉相承。闭幕式上，获奖选手依次登上领奖台，现场响起阵阵热烈掌声。这不仅是对获胜者的肯定与嘉奖，更诠释了海尔重视共享成功、深耕团队协作的特质。             

目前，海尔巴基斯坦已连续12年斩获白电市场冠军。此次活动不仅是海尔团队凝聚力的一次集中展示，也让品牌精神得到进一步传播。未来，海尔人将带着这份从赛场上汲取的拼搏力量与协作智慧，全身心投入到工作中，为品牌的持续发展贡献坚实力量。
