On October 18, 2025, AQUA Vietnam launched the Space Fit series refrigerator at Thiso Mall, a high-end shopping center in downtown Ho Chi Minh City.
The new product adopted an innovative “in-store first, launch later” market entry model, with products already placed in 200 core stores nationwide back in July. The official launch event further boosted market excitement.


High-End Scenario-Based Launch 

Creates Immersive User Experience

The event not only explained product concepts and design highlights but also featured multiple immersive experience sessions to build user trust:

● “Germ-Shooting” game: showcased the efficiency of ABT Pro dual dynamic sterilization technology in a fun way.

●HCF freezing and moisturizing zone: simulated the food freezing process to demonstrate how Space Fit locks in moisture and preserves freshness.

● Interactive demonstrations such as 90° door opening drawer demo and feather heat dissipation display made key selling points like built-in design, scientific cooling, and ultra-quiet operation tangible.


Digital Empowerment and Community Marketing Synergy

Before the launch, the team collected user purchase intention via local e-commerce platforms and membership systems, combined with community teasers and KOL recommendations to drive online traffic and offline conversions.
After the launch, AQUA held a new pop-up experience event at Lotte Department Store in Ho Chi Minh City from October 30 to November 6. During the event, AQUA optimized display layouts and interactive content in real time by collecting data from interactive devices (e.g., game participation rate, dwell time), effectively improving user engagement and conversion.

The launch of the Space Fit series has further strengthened AQUA's leading position in the Vietnamese refrigerator market. As of September, AQUA refrigerators ranked first in annual cumulative market share and were the fastest-growing brand in Vietnam.

It is reported that the Space Fit series has been launched in Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam, bringing healthy and smart food storage solutions to more Southeast Asian households and supporting Haier refrigerators’ continued leadership in the region.

2025年10月18日,AQUA越南在胡志明市中心高端商场Thiso Mall举办Space Fit系列冰箱上市发布会。

该新品首次采用“先进店、后发布”的创新上市模式,早在今年7月便完成了全国200家核心门店的产品进驻与陈列落地。在此基础上,通过新品发布会进一步点燃市场热度。


高端场景化发布 打造沉浸式用户体验

发布会不仅讲解了产品理念与设计亮点,更设置了多项沉浸式功能体验环节,提升用户对产品的信任感:

●“杀菌射击”游戏:通过趣味形式呈现ABT Pro双效动态杀菌技术的高效性;

● HCF冷冻保湿体验区:现场模拟食材冷冻过程,直观展示Space Fit如何锁住水分、保持食材原鲜;

●90°开门抽屉测试、羽毛散热演示等互动实验,让“无缝嵌入、科学散热、极致静音”等卖点可感可知。


数字化赋能 社群营销联动造势

上市前,团队通过本地电商平台与会员系统提前征集用户意向,结合社群预热、达人种草等方式,实现线上引流、线下转化。

发布会后,AQUA冰箱于10月30日至11月6日在胡志明市乐天百货开展新一轮快闪体验活动。活动期间,AQUA通过采集互动设备数据(如游戏参与率、停留时长等),实时优化展陈动线与互动内容,有效提升了用户参与度与转化效果。 

Space Fit系列的发布进一步夯实了AQUA冰箱在越南市场的领先地位。截至9月,AQUA冰箱年累市场份额位居行业第一,同时成为越南增速最快的品牌。

据悉,Space Fit系列冰箱已经在泰国、马来西亚、菲律宾、越南陆续上市,将为更多东南亚家庭带来健康、智慧的食材存储解决方案,助力海尔冰箱在东南亚份额的持续引领。
