报价要求/Quotation requirement:
1.Provide an all-inclusive basic rate per vehicle for road transportation and customs clearance services.
2.Provide a detention fee rate per vehicle (XX USD per vehicle per day). Details as Attachment 5 of Procurement Document
3.The quoted rates shall remain valid, fixed and binding throughout the project execution period.
