1.客户同意上述账户及个人可持续发展定期存款应适用本行之《银行账户和服务条款细则》以及《个人可持续发展定期存款条款与细则》的所有规定，包括但不限于《银行账户和服务条款及细则》中关于“汇率及费用”、“补偿保证”、“抵销权及资金的运用”和“资料的披露”等方面的规定。

You agree that this Individual Sustainable Fixed Deposit and the above-mentioned account is subject to all the provisions of the Bank’sand, including but not limited to those provisions of “Terms and Conditions for Bank Accounts & Services” in relation to “Exchange Rates and Charges”, “Indemnities”, “Set-off and application of Funds” and “Disclosure of Information”.

2.人民币可持续发展定期存款的计息公式为：利息=本金×年（月）数×年（月）利率，月利率=年利率/12;而外币可持续发展定期存款利息计息公式为：利息=本金×实际天数×年利率/360（对于英镑、港币、新加坡币，利息按照每年三百六十五日计算）

The formula used for RMB Sustainable Fixed Deposit Interest Calculation is: Interest = Principal * Year (Month) Number * Annual (Monthly) Interest Rate, Monthly Interest Rate = Annual Interest Rate / 12; while the formula used for the Foreign Currency Sustainable Fixed Deposit Interest Calculation is Interest = Principal * Actual Accrual Days * Annual Interest Rate / 360 (or 365 used for GBP/SGD/HKD)

3.支取和续存：

Withdrawal and Renewal

（1) 客户可于到期日前全部或部分提前支取个人可持续发展定期存款，提前支取的部分按支取日本行挂牌公告的活期储蓄利率计付利息。

The customer may withdraw Individual Sustainable Fixed Deposit partially or in full before the maturity date. Interest on the early withdrawal amount shall be calculated based on the savings account interest rate quoted by the Bank on the withdrawal date.

（2) 若个人可持续发展定期存款的到期日或本行须付款之日并非工作日，则到期日或付款日将顺延至下一个工作日，但利息将计至该等下一个工作日的前一日；或如客户要求，则客户可在该到期日或付款日前的最后一个工作日支取，利息计至实际提款日的前一日。除此情形外，对于在到期日之前部分或全部提取个人可持续发展定期存款的，应按上述第3(1)款规定处理。

If Individual Sustainable Fixed Deposit matures or payment by the bank is to be made on a day which is not a business day, then the maturity date or the payment date shall be extended to the following business day, and the interest shall be calculated up to the day before such following business day; or, upon the demand of the customer, the customer may withdraw Individual Sustainable Fixed Deposit on the last business day before the said maturity date or payment date, and the interest shall be calculated up to such last business day. Except for the aforesaid situation, any partial or full withdrawal of Individual Sustainable Fixed Deposit before the maturity date shall be processed according to above Clause 3 (1).

（3)个人可持续发展定期存款到期不可自动转存，其本金和利息将于到期日一并转入客户指定之账户。

Individual Sustainable Fixed Deposit will not be automatically renewed upon maturity and the principal, and all accrued interest will be credited to the designated account of the customer upon the maturity date.

4.个人可持续发展定期存款募集的存款金额，将与渣打集团根据外部验证的“绿色和可持续产品框架”所认定的渣打集团全球绿色和可持续发展的资产（“可持续发展资产”）总金额进行配对，可持续发展资产包括在存款开立时或者之后存在的资产。就本产品而言，配对关系是指，可持续发展资产的总金额应等于或大于个人可持续发展定期存款募集的存款金额。渣打集团是指， Standard Chartered PLC 及其附属机构和关联方（包括各分支机构或代表处），包括其承继人或受让人。

The Individual Sustainable Fixed Deposit Balance will be referenced against assets held in aggregate by the SCB Group, whether existing as at the dates when the deposits are placed or in the future, that SCB deems as sustainable in accordance with SCB’s externally verified Green and Sustainable Product Framework (“Sustainable Assets”). For the purpose of this product, the Sustainable Assets shall be at least equal to or greater in value than the Individual Sustainable Fixed Deposit Balance. “SCB Group” or “SCB” means Standard Chartered PLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates (including each branch or representative office), and its successors in title and assigns.

5.客户须赔偿本行并免除本行负上任何因接受存款及维持或运作此账户时所出现任何情况之责任，并须在本行要求时赔偿本行因接受存款及维持或运作此账户而遭受或招致之任何损失、损害、支出及费用，包括法律费用(以全额赔偿为准)，并须在本行要求时就与存款有关的针对本行采取的任何行动自费出席有关程序并进行辩护。

You shall indemnity and hold the Bank harmless from and against any and all consequences which may result from the Bank accepting this deposit and maintaining or operating this account and shall reimburse the Bank upon demand for any payment, loss, damages, costs and expenses including legal fees (on a full indemnity basis) made, suffered, sustained or incurred by the Bank as a result and shall upon request appear and defend at your own cost and expense any action which may be brought against the Bank in connection with this deposit.

6.客户通过本存款通知书授权本行向下文所述者 (不论在中国境内或境外) 披露关于存款、客户账户及银行集团成员的账户关系及业务往来的任何资料及客户欠银行集团成员的债务。

By this Confirmation you authorize the Bank to disclose any information on this deposit, your accounts, account relationships and business with Bank Group Members and your liabilities to Bank Group Members to the following persons (whether in or outside the PRC);

i.向本行潜在或实际受让人或本行对客户享有的相关权利的受让人或本行所有或任何部分资产或业务的授让人或其权利与客户相关的人披露。

disclosure to the potential or actual assignees of the Bank, or assignees of the Bank’s right against the Customers, or assignees of the Bank all or any part of assets or business of the Bank, or persons whose rights are relevant to the Customers;

ii.任何银行或财务机构;

any bank or financial institution;

iii.本行任何权力的任何实际或建议的受让人或该等权利的参与者或分属参与者;

any actual or proposed assignee of any of the Bank’s rights, or participants or sub-participants in those rights;

iv.银行集团成员的任何办事处/分机机构;

any office/branch of a Bank Group Member;

v.任何银行集团成员的任何处理人、承包商、第三方服务供应商;

any agent, contractor or third party service provider of a Bank Group Member;

vi.任何其他对本行承担保密责任的人士;

any other person under a duty of confidentiality to the Bank;

vii.任何有关的监察或监管部门或法院;

any relevant supervisory or regulatory authority or court of law;

viii.如根据任何适用司法管辖区所发出传票或其他法庭程序文件，规定本行须向任何人士披露资料，则该名人士；及

any person when required to do so pursuant to subpoena or other court process issued out of any applicable jurisdiction; and

ix.如根据任何适用司法管辖区的法律规定，规定本行须向任何人士披露资料，则该名人士。

any person when otherwise required to do so in accordance with the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.

x.在客户与本行另行签署的任何其他协议项下客户授权本行作出的披露。

any disclosure by the Bank under any authorization of the Customer given pursuant to any other agreement between the customer and the Bank.

就此项授权：

For such authorization:

[银行集团成员]指本行、其最终控股公司、本行或其最终控股公司的任何附属公司及一切关联公司(即其中股权由上述任何一间机构持有的公司);及[子公司]及[控股公司]的含意依中华人民共和国法律规定。

“Bank Group Member” means the Bank, its ultimate holding company, any subsidiary of the Bank or its ultimate holding company and all related companies (being companies in which an equity interest is held by any of the foregoing); and the meaning of “subsidiary” and “holding company” are as defined in the laws and regulations of the PRC.

7.客户同意及确认银行集团成员可转交细则6所述任何资料予其根据细则6授权披露资料的任何一方，尽管该方的主要业务地点为客户居住的国家以外的地方，或该等资料经披露后被该方全部或部份在客户居住的国家以外的地方收集、持有、处理或使用。

You agree and acknowledge that the Bank Group Member may transfer any of the information specified in Condition 6 to any party to whom it is authorized to disclose the same pursuant to Condition 6 notwithstanding that such party’s principal place of business is outside of your country of residence, or that such information following disclosure will be collected, held, processed or used by such party in whole or part outside of your country of residence.

8.客户或本行终止存款不应影响或终止客户于上述细则6作出的披露资料授权，该项授权涉及本行在存款终止时管有的资料。

Any termination of the deposit by you or the Bank shall not affect or terminate your authorization to disclose information given in Condition 6 above in relation to information in the possession of the Bank at termination.

9.客户同意存款受本行现行及/或日后所修改有关此种类存款之条款及细则约束。

You agree that this Deposit shall be operated subject to the terms and conditions from time to time issued by the Bank governing the relevant type of deposit.

(本细则英文译本之文义如与中文有异，概以中文文本为准) (In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.)

1.本文件所称个人可持续发展大额存单是指由本行面向个人客户发行的可持续发展大额存单，是以人民币计价的记账式存款凭证，属于一般性存款。

2.个人可持续发展大额存单除应遵守本《条款与细则》的规定外，还应遵守本行《银行账户和服务条款细则》的相关规定。

3.个人认购可持续发展大额存单的起点金额不得低于人民币200,000元和本期个人可持续发展大额存单产品说明书所规定之认购起点金额中的金额较高者。

4.利息的计算

(1)个人可持续发展大额存单采用固定利率，计息公式为：利息=本金×年（月）数×年（月）利率，月利率=年利率/12

(2)个人可持续发展大额存单自认购之日起计息，利息计至大额存单到期日的前一日止。付息方式为到期一次还本付息。

5.支取和续存：

(1)客户可于到期日前全部或部分提前支取个人可持续发展大额存单，提前支取的部分按支取日本行挂牌公告的活期储蓄利率计付利息，未支取的剩余部分（如有）到期仍按认购日我行挂牌公告的大额存单利率计付利息。

(2)个人可持续发展大额存单部分提前支取后的存单剩余金额不得低于本期个人可持续发展大额存单产品说明书规定的认购起点金额。

(3)若个人可持续发展大额存单的到期日或本行须付款之日并非工作日，则到期日或付款日将顺延至下一个工作日，但利息将计至该等下一个工作日的前一日；或如客户要求，则客户可在该到期日或付款日前的最后一个工作日支取，利息计至实际提款日的前一日。除此情形外，对于在到期日之前部分或全部提取个人可持续发展大额存单的，应按上述第5(1)款规定处理。

(4)个人可持续发展大额存单到期不可自动转存，其本金和利息将于到期日一并转入客户指定之账户。

6.个人可持续发展大额存单不允许转让、质押。

7.个人可持续发展大额存单募集的存款金额，将与渣打集团根据外部验证的“绿色和可持续产品框架”所认定的渣打集团全球绿色和可持续发展的资产（“可持续发展资产”）总金额进行配对，可持续发展资产包括在存款开立时或者之后存在的资产。就本产品而言，配对关系是指，可持续发展资产的总金额应等于或大于个人可持续发展大额存单募集的存款金额。渣打集团是指，Standard Chartered PLC 及其附属机构和关联方（包括各分支机构或代表处），包括其承继人或受让人。

1.本活动中，“符合条件的「优先理财」客户”是指活动期间：

（1）「优先理财」客户在我行的存款与投资总额达到人民币50万元（或等值外币）及以上；或

（2）截至每月最后一个工作日，客户在我行的房地产抵押贷款未偿还本金金额总计达人民币200万元（或等值外币）或以上。

2.本活动中，“符合条件的「优先私人理财」客户”是指活动期间「优先私人理财」客户在我行的存款与投资总额达到人民币700万元（或等值外币）及以上。

3.可参与本活动的“新资金”是以截至2023年8月31日终客户在我行的存款与投资余额为基数，在此基数上存入或从行外汇入的新增资金。

4.以上所有礼遇所包含的优惠利率均可能因市场情况变更，请以我行的最终批复为准。

5.以上优惠定期存款到期转存时适用我行届时适用的存款利率而非以上优惠利率。

6.我行有权根据监管要求或者市场变化不时停止优惠利率的执行或者对优惠利率进行调整而无需另行通知。

1.个人大额存单除应遵守本《条款与细则》的规定外，还应遵守我行《银行账户和服务条款细则》的相关规定。

2.个人认购大额存单的起点金额不得低于该期个人大额存单产品说明书所规定的起点金额。

3.利息的计算

(1)个人大额存单采用固定利率，计息公式为：利息=本金×年（月）数×年（月）利率，月利率=年利率/12

(2)个人大额存单自认购之日起计息，利息计至大额存单到期日的前一日止。付息方式为到期一次还本付息。

(1)客户可于到期日前通过本行经营个人金融业务的营业网点或我行客服热线全部提前支取个人大额存单，或通过本行经营个人金融业务的营业网点部分提前支取个人大额存单，提前支取的部分按支取日我行挂牌公告的活期储蓄利率计付利息，未支取的剩余部分（如有）到期仍按认购日我行挂牌公告的大额存单利率计付利息。

(2)个人大额存单部分提前支取后的存单剩余金额不得低于该期个人大额存单产品说明书的相关规定。

(3)若个人大额存单的到期日或我行须付款之日并非工作日，则到期日或付款日将顺延至下一个工作日，但利息将计至该等下一个工作日的前一日；或如客户要求，则客户可在该到期日或付款日前的最后一个工作日支取，利息计至实际提款日的前一日。除此情形外，对于在到期日之前部分或全部提取个人大额存单的，应按上述第4(1)款规定处理。

(4)个人大额存单到期不可自动转存，其本金和利息将于到期日一并转入客户指定之账户。

5.个人大额存单不允许转让、质押。

6.在法律允许的范围内，渣打银行有权对活动相关内容（如活动商品、优惠期限、适用条件等）进行变更并在合理时间内通过渣打银行官方网站公布。客户可在参与活动前要求渣打银行就活动规则进行充分解释和说明。

7.客户应遵守银行、监管部门、政府部门和法律法规不时公布和/或修改的关于个人大额存单和其他任何可适用的法律法规、政策、文件、意见、指示、要求等。

8.“我行”、“渣打”或“渣打银行”均指渣打银行（中国）有限公司。
