Employer Excellence of China is a prestigious event focused on the evaluation of human resource management in China today. The award is being presented to the companies in China whose human resources practices have made a significant contribution to their corporate development and employee career development, and serves as models for other companies.
Companies were identified through an initial screening comprising hundreds of thousands of companies, and selected out 212 candidate companies this year which is followed by data collection and detailed analysis, combined with telephone and face-to-face interviews. We also compare and analyze the data from the candidates in the same industry. The number of candidate employers in the categories of Excellence in Employer Branding Attraction， Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion and Excellence in ESG Performance are the highest.
