Our client company is a well-known French bakery chain in Shanghai.

MISSION

The Marketing Director oversees all marketing operations of the company and develops its marketing strategy and vision. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence and help it find a “voice” that will make a difference. He/She is managing all aspects related to the Brand image and communication. He/She is responsible for strategizing and analyzing and leading their team while making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish with clients or colleagues alike. The goal is to ensure the company’s marketing efforts are successful in helping it outperform competition. 
市场总监负责监督公司的所有营销运营,并制定其营销战略和愿景。这主要包括制定和实施策略以加强公司的市场存在感,并帮助其找到能够产⽣影响的“声⾳”。他/她负责管理与品牌形象和传播相关的所有⽅⾯。他/她负责制定战略和分析,领导团队,并确保所有事情从头到尾顺利进⾏,⽆论是与客户还是同事。⽬标是确保公司的营销⼯作成功,帮助其超越竞争对⼿。




RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Marketing Director will manage two teams: Communication & Content Team and Sales & Marketing Team.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and sales.
    制定并实施营销策略,以提⾼品牌知名度和销售额。
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
    领导和指导市场团队,确保与公司⽬标⼀致。
  • Monitor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
    监控市场趋势,并相应调整策略。
  • Manage the annual marketing budget. 
    管理年度营销预算。
  • Build strategic partnerships to enhance brand presence. 
    建⽴战略合作伙伴关系,以增强品牌存在感。
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize future initiatives. 
    分析活动表现并优化未来的计划。
    Ensure brand consistency across all channels. 
    确保品牌在所有渠道的⼀致性。
  • Oversee the launch of new products. 
    监督新产品的推出。
  • Create the communication plan, considering product planning. 
    制定沟通计划,考虑产品规划。
  • Set and track KPIs for the marketing team. 
    为市场团队设定并跟踪关键绩效指标。
  • Develop pricing strategies. 
    制定定价策略。
  • Manage and support team professional development. 
    管理和⽀持团队的专业发展。
  • Monitor brand performance and adjust the strategy as necessary.
    监控品牌表现,并根据需要调整策略。
  • Develop and execute successful campaigns that drive awareness,engagement, and conversion. 
    制定并执⾏成功的活动,以推动品牌知名度、参与度和转化率。
  • Identify and target new audiences to grow the customer base.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience as Marketing Director. 
  • 拥有担任市场总监的经验。
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, etc.). 
  • 具备为所有营销⽅⾯(品牌推⼴、产品促销等)制定⾼效战略和商业计划的经验。
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods. 
    深⼊了解市场研究和数据分析⽅法。
  • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital and non-digital. 
    能够运⽤数字和⾮数字营销技术。
  • A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities. 
    具备创造性和分析能⼒的领导者。
  • Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills. 
    出⾊的沟通和⼈际交往能⼒。
  • Excellent leadership and organizing skills. 
    优秀的领导和组织能⼒。
  • Analytical and creative thinking. 
    分析和创造性思维。
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices. 
    了解当前和在线营销技术和最佳实践。
  • Thorough knowledge of Chinese social media (WeChat mini program, Red, TikTok, etc.). 
    全⾯了解中国社交媒体(微信⼩程序、⼩红书、抖⾳等)。
  • Customer-oriented mindset. 
    以客户为导向的思维⽅式。
  • F&B experience is a real plus. 
    具备餐饮⾏业经验者优先。
  • Fluent in Chinese and English. 
    中英⽂流利。
