1.This event is a spontaneous outdoor sports group, we follow the environmental protection, self-help, thrifty, friendly way of travel. This statement should be read carefully, regardless of the size and length of the event.

本活动是一个自发的户外运动群体，我们遵循环保、自助、节俭、友爱的出行方式。无论活动大小、长线短线，都应认真阅读本声明。

2.All participants are deemed to have full capacity for civil conduct, must be at least 18 years old (minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian driving full capacity of civil conduct on behalf of minors), have legal identification, good physical health, and no physical conditions listed in this statement that are not suitable for outdoor activities, including but not limited to (1) patients with infectious diseases such as infectious hepatitis, active pulmonary nodules, etc; (2) Patients with cardiovascular diseases, such as congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, severe hypertension, myocarditis, heart failure, etc; (3) Patients with cerebrovascular diseases, such as cerebral embolism, cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumors, etc; (4) Patients with respiratory system diseases, such as emphysema, pulmonary heart disease, etc; (5) Psychiatric patients, such as epilepsy and various psychiatric patients; (6) Severe anemia patients; (7) Recovery period patients undergoing large and medium-sized surgeries; (8) Pregnant women and individuals with limited mobility; (9) Other patients with illnesses that are not suitable for outdoor activities and meet the organizer's other eligibility requirements for event participants.

活动参加人确保年满18岁（未成年人须有法定监护人陪同参加并在本声明签字确认）、具有合法身份证明、身体健康，不存在本声明所列之不适合参加户外活动的身体状况，包括但不限于（1）传染性疾病患者，如传染性肝炎、活动期肺结等传染病人；（2）心血管疾病患者，如先天性心脏病、风湿性心脏病、严重高血压、心肌炎、心功能不全等病人；（3）脑血管疾病患者，如脑栓塞、脑出血、脑肿瘤等病人；（4）呼吸系统疾病患者，如肺气肿、肺心病等病人；（5）精神病患者，如癫痫及各种精神病患者；（6）严重贫血病患者；（7）大中型手术的恢复期病患者；（8）孕妇及行动不便者；（9）其他不适合户外运动的疾病患者，并且符合主办方关于活动参加者的其他资格要求。

3.This event is self-help. Following the principle of "self-help, mutual assistance, environmental protection", participants must be responsible for their own safety. If an accident occurs, sponsors and the group members are obliged to organize rescue or change the itinerary, but they do not bear any legal and economic responsibility. We hereby declare that!

本活动为自助游活动。遵循“自助,互助,环保”的原则，参加者必须对自己的安全负责，如果活动中发生意外，发起者和同行者有义务组织救援或改变行程，但不承担任何法律和经济责任，特此声明！

4.When unpredictable factors such as unexpected accidents, sudden climate changes and acute diseases cause physical damage, the sponsors and group members of the event are obliged to do their utmost to help. However, if irreversible damage is caused, the other members of the group will not bear any responsibility.

当由于意外事故，突发气候变化和急性疾病等不可预测因素造成身体损害时，活动的发起者和同行者有义务尽力救助。但如果造成了不可逆转的损害，团队的其他成员不负担任何责任。

5.Before participating in the event, you must communicate with your family members in advance, obtain their understanding and support, and know and agree to the disclaimer.

队员参加活动前，必须事先与自己的家属沟通，取得家属的理解和支持，同时知道并同意该免责声明。

6.Do not leave the group without the approval of the leader!

未经领队批准勿擅自离队。

7.For unexpected reasons, the leader has the right to cancel the event, change the departure time and route.

因突发原因，领队有取消活动、更改出发时间和线路的权利

8.The organizer of the event shall not be responsible for any reduction or delay in travel caused by force majeure (weather, government actions, etc.) or events that the leader has fulfilled his reasonable obligations but is still unavoidable (delays or cancellations of public transport, traffic jams, etc.).

如遇不可抗力（天气、政府行为等）或领队已尽其合理义务仍不能避免的事件（公共交通延误或取消、交通堵塞等）导致行程减少或延误,活动组织者不承担责任，敬请谅解。

9.If you are late to the meeting point, we are sorry but we won't wait for you, because this is a collective event. So no refund in this case.

集体活动，迟到恕不等待，此情况无法退款。

10.The organizer of the event shall not be responsible for the following unpredictable factors or changes caused by force majeure:

对于以下不可预见或不可抗力因素造成的损失，活动组织者不承担责任，敬请谅解：

A. Due to weather and other force majeure factors: temporary closure of the scenic spot, suspension of sightseeing vehicles and other scenic areas;

天气等不可抗力因素导致的：景区临时关闭、观光车停运等

B. Seasonal landscapes that depend on weather conditions, such as snow, flowers, leaves, etc., are greatly affected by weather changes and cannot be guaranteed. The pictures in the advertisements are for reference only;

I hereby declare that I have reached the age of 18 (minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian driving full capacity of civil conduct and signing this disclaimer on behalf of minors). I have read and understood the above statement as well as all the terms and conditions. I understand the risks associated with participating in this outdoor activity and agree to take full responsibility for my choice and participation in this outdoor activity. For any and all legal requirements (including those of third parties) and damages of any form and nature, whether due to negligence of a party or otherwise, I will forever exempt the organizer, participants, and any third-party outdoor sports website or organizations from compensation and legal liability.

本人已经详细阅读上述条款，同意执行，并再次重申：

我已经年满18岁（未成年人须有法定监护人陪同参加并在本声明签字确认），身体健康，且充分具备参与本次活动的体能要求和精神状况，我已阅读本免责承诺书，完全理解并同意全部条款内容；我自愿同意并确认本免责承诺书，未受到任何引诱或胁迫，亦未得到任何明示或默示的保证或担保；我理解我能够通过以下措施来减少我的风险：注意环境，注意我的身体和精神状况，注意所有与安全相关的衣物和装备的适用状况，只参加那些自己精神和身体能力之内的活动。我清楚知道，我的安全是我个人的责任和取决于我的警惕和良好的判断。我同意和保证，如果任何时候我认为是不安全的，那么我会立刻中断活动的进行；我理解，确认本免责承诺书之后将在法律允许的范围内完全且无条件地解除免责方的一切责任。
