RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Operational Excellence requirements 核心卓越运营要求

  • Safety: drive towards zero lost or restricted time accidents through employee involvement, training, sound work environment, vigorous investigation, and root-cause elimination.

  • Demand Management and Delivery Performance: ensure products are produced and delivered on time as per customer request while maintaining high inventory turnover and low slow-moving stock value.

  • 5S: good housekeeping and organization is always expected. Use of 5S technique is required, a place for everything and everything in its place. This applies both to factory floor as well as paper & digital documentation and information, meaning only one standard and one source of truth for information.

  • Product Quality Made by Operators: implement and sustain system enforced culture of production and its operators taking responsibility for producing good quality products, defects are not accepted and are not passed on to the next operation or customer.

  • Data Management and ERP: always maintain correct BOMs, correct routing, correct standard hours, correct time reported, correct inventory data, correct data in ERP and other software applications, reports, and technical documentation. Always maintain one ‘source of truth’ for data (only one source location of same data). Drive development of automatic data generation and visualization to aid decision making.

  • Work According to Authorized Processes: enforce development and use of standardized ways of working, there should always be disciplined use of authorized and formal systems. Create closed loop processes to ensure processes are followed.

  • Preventative and predictive maintenance: use data and maintenance software to plan and schedule equipment maintenance and ensure implementation of maintenance work to minimize downtime, safety and quality issues.

  • Communication and information transparency: ensure communication plan and effective meeting cascade is in place and continuously executed. Also ensure transparency and accessibility of information. Well-informed teams are more motivated and take better decisions.

  • Process Capability: use statistical tools to measure process capability on all key processes, analyze and target key areas to reduce deviations.

  • Visual Management: ensure visual management is prominent throughout the plant with key metrics at each work center.

  • Develop Skills and Ability of Teams: design and implement a comprehensive and purposeful training plan and execute on a rolling 12-month basis.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree and above.

    本科及以上

  • Industrial engineering, enterprise management, marketing management and other related management majors.

    工业工程、企业管理、营销管理等相关管理专业。
  • Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing management, with successful cases of leading enterprises to achieve business goals.
    具备10年以上制造业管理经验,有成功带领企业实现经营目标的案例。
  • Familiar with the market dynamics, competitive landscape, and business processes of the industry.
    熟悉所在行业的市场动态、竞争格局和业务流程。
  • Possess excellent strategic vision and decision-making ability, able to accurately grasp market trends and company development direction.

  • Possess strong organizational and coordination skills, communication skills, and team management abilities.
