Safety: drive towards zero lost or restricted time accidents through employee involvement, training, sound work environment, vigorous investigation, and root-cause elimination. 安全: 通过员工参与、培训、良好的工作环境、积极调查和消除根源原因，推动零损失工时事故的发生。 -

5S: good housekeeping and organization is always expected. Use of 5S technique is required, a place for everything and everything in its place. Data Management and ERP: always maintain correct BOMs, correct routing, correct standard hours, correct time reported, correct inventory data, correct data in ERP and other software applications, reports, and technical documentation. Always maintain one ‘source of truth’ for data (only one source location of same data). Work According to Authorized Processes: enforce development and use of standardized ways of working, there should always be disciplined use of authorized and formal systems. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree and above.
本科及以上。
Industrial engineering, enterprise management, marketing management and other related management majors.
工业工程、企业管理、营销管理等相关管理专业。 -
Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing management, with successful cases of leading enterprises to achieve business goals. 具备10年以上制造业管理经验，有成功带领企业实现经营目标的案例。 -
Familiar with the market dynamics, competitive landscape, and business processes of the industry. 熟悉所在行业的市场动态、竞争格局和业务流程。 -
Possess excellent strategic vision and decision-making ability, able to accurately grasp market trends and company development direction. 具备出色的战略眼光和决策能力，能够准确把握市场趋势和公司发展方向。 -
