DSPPA | Paperless Conference for Viettel Network Corporation, VN

Viettel Network Corporation(TỔNG CÔNG TY MẠNG LƯỚI VIETTEL), a major telecommunications network company in Vietnam and a subsidiary of the Viettel Group, recently upgraded its conference rooms at Thái Bình Building, Duy Tân Street, Cầu Giấy District, Hanoi (TÒA NHÀ THÁI BÌNH, DUY TÂN, CẦU GIẤY, HÀ NỘI) to enhance meeting efficiency and overall productivity. 

The renovation project was undertaken by DSPPA’s Vietnam distributor, AV Vietnam, and featured the deployment of DSPPA’s Conference System, Paperless Conference System, and Sound Reinforcement System, among other integrated solutions. 

The upgraded system not only modernized the meeting environment but also streamlined collaboration and communication. The client expressed high satisfaction with both the design and the overall system performance, praising the project’s efficiency and functionality.

Tailored to Viettel Network Corporation’s need for efficient, modern meetings, the DSPPA solutions deployed by local distributor deliver targeted value across three core systems:

The D7600 Paperless Conference System acts as the core, digitizing documents, agendas and voting management to cut paper use; participants can access and annotate materials in real time via a secure interface.

It supports role-based permission control (to protect confidential data) and one-click archiving/destruction, directly addressing Viettel’s demand for secure, efficient information management.

The D7612Q Small Conference Host is built into the D7621PT Full HD Capacitive Ultra-Thin Lifting Conference Terminals, and works seamlessly with the D7600 Paperless Conference Server. It uses a durable, heat-efficient frame, supports Windows auto-recovery after hot swap, and delivers low-power, stable operation.

The D6201 Intelligent Conference System works with the D7600 to support 5 speaking modes, automatic camera tracking and recording—making Viettel’s cross-department technical discussions more efficient.

The D6284 High-Definition Camera stands out with its professional-grade image capture: it delivers sharp, clear visuals of both speakers and complex details. It also syncs with D6201’s tracking function to lock onto speakers automatically, ensuring all participants—whether in-room or remote—never miss key meeting content.

In this project,  Viettel’s conference rooms use a "mixer-audio processor-power amplifier-speaker" setup for reliable sound reinforcement.

The mixer adjusts audio levels (e.g., mics, presentations), the processor optimizes sound and reduces noise, and the amplifier drives speakers to deliver balanced, clear audio—ensuring every word in technical discussions is heard.

Footage aired on VTV3 showcased DSPPA’s paperless system seamlessly integrated into Viettel Network Corporation’s meeting spaces, enabling intelligent collaboration through real-time document sharing, data visualization, and efficient communication. 

This achievement not only highlights the D7600 Series’ strong adaptability to telecom enterprise needs but also reflects DSPPA’s commitment to driving smart office innovation and empowering global organizations in their digital transformation journey.
