November 3-9 2025

本周报告

November 3, 2025 Monday

MCM-YMSC p-adic Geometry Learning Seminar

Speaker: Dr. Lin Chen (YMSC)

Time: 14:30-16:00 November 3, 2025

Venue: MCM110

Title: Spectral affine Hecke categories and spectral DL induction (I)

Abstract: Cover Section 2.3.2, and the part of Section 2.3.3 until (including) Proposition 2.76. Cover enough background from Section 9. If time is tight, focus on the unipotent case and just state the tame case without proof.

November 4, 2025 Tuesday

Homotopy Reading Seminar

Speaker: Aowen Fan (UCAS)

Time: 13:00-15:00 November 4, 2025

Venue: MCM110

Title: TC-(ku[x]/ku)上

Abstract: Restrict to p>2, we explain the relationship between q-dR  complex and TC^- of ku. We will use Devalapurkar's calculation to construct comparison map and define q-Hodge filtration. We show that after mod q-1  this construction does not rely on the spherical lift and agree with the classical Hodge completion map, then the comparison map induces completion of q-Hodge filtration. We will also move everything to the global case. If time permits, We will briefly explain what will happen if p=2.

p-adic Langlands Program Seminar

Speaker: Prof. Stefano Morra (University of Paris 8)

Time:October 31, November 7, 2025

Venue: MCM110

Title: K1 invariants for the smooth representations in the mod p local Langlands correspondence for GL3(Qp).

Abstract: We study the 1+pM_3(Zp) invariant vectors for the smooth mod p representations of GL3(Qp) appearing in the mod p Hecke eigenspace of the cohomology of U3 arithmetic manifolds.

To this aim, we use the Kisin--Taylor--Wile method combined with an analysis of multi-type deformation rings and structural results of projective envelopes of irreducible representations of GL3(Fp).

Over the 2 lectures, will give an introduction focusing on the case of GL2, then introduce the auxiliary tools from Galois deformation theory, then the representation theoretical inputs, and finally conclude by the patching method.

This is joint work with Daniel Le and Bao Le Hung.
