Products

Grey PTFE I (G418)

Features: 80% pure PTFE filled with 15% clean fiberglass and 5% MoS2 powder. Especially suitable for hydraulic sealing.
Hardness: 58 +/-3 ShoreD
Minimum/maximum operating temperature: -200/+ 260 °C

Brown PTFE II (G416)

Features: filled with 40% bronze, 2% carbon and pigment. Standard material for reciprocating motion. Good sliding and friction properties.
Hardness: 60 +/-3 Shore D
Minimum/maximum operating temperature: -200/+ 260°C

Black PTFE carbon (G453)

Features: 75% pure PTFE filled with 24% carbon and 1% graphite. Suitable for use in water.
Hardness: 67 +/-3 Shore D
Minimum/maximum operating temperature: -200/+ 260°C

White PTFE (G400)

Features: Best chemical resistance, special sliding function. Applicable to the food industry, hydraulic fluids, corrosive media such as alkali, almost all kinds of acid and alkali solution. Nonflammable, resistant to weathering and aging, no viscous properties.
Hardness: 55 +/-3 Shore D
Minimum/maximum operating temperature: -200/+ 260 °C
