挑战一：申请工作许可时，申请人没有大学学位。而对于B类专业人才，通常政府部门要求其具有学士及以上学位和两年以上相关工作经验。

Challenge 1: At the time of applying for a work permit, the applicant does not hold a degree. However, for professional talents in Category B, a bachelor's degree or above and at least two years of relevant work experience are required by governmental department.

挑战二：聘请单位为新成立的公司，人员规模较少（不足10人）。在居留许可受理期间，政府部门可能会随机进行回访。

Challenge 2: The employer is a newly established enterprise with a small team (less than 10 employees). During the application period for the residence permit, government authorities may conduct a random visit to verify the information.
