Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) (Full-time)
Employer: A leading company specializing in the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of large displacement motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, new energy motorcycles, and supporting core components
Salary: About 20K RMB per month (Negotiable. Depending on ability & experience)
Location: Monterrey, Mexico
Required Languages: Spanish, Chinese, English
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic business partners:
1) Work closely with business leadership to gain a deep understanding of business models, strategic priorities, operational processes, and team dynamics.
2) Provide input for the development of business strategies from a human resources perspective, diagnose organizational problems, and propose effective solutions.
3) Translate business requirements into specific human resources priorities and action plans to ensure alignment between human resources strategies and business objectives.
Talent management and organizational development:
1) Lead the talent inventory, succession plan, and key talent retention strategy for the business department.
2) Collaborate with business managers to drive a closed-loop performance management system (goal setting, continuous feedback, performance evaluation, development plans), ensure its effective implementation, and promote the formation of a high-performance culture.
3) Identify team capability gaps, collaborate with the learning and development team, and develop and drive targeted training and development projects.
Employee engagement and cultural development:
1) Act as a bridge between the business team and culture, promoting the implementation of company values in the business department.
2) Regularly evaluate team atmosphere and employee engagement, analyze data and develop action plans to enhance team cohesion and employee satisfaction.
3) Effectively manage employee relations and provide coaching style guidance to business managers to help them handle team conflicts, communication, and leadership challenges.
Talent recruitment and allocation:
1) Collaborate with the recruitment team and business managers to develop talent demand plans based on business growth needs.
2) Deeply participate in the recruitment process of key positions to ensure the attraction and selection of talents with the most suitable culture and skill requirements for the business team.
Human Resources Operations and Compliance:
1) As a bridge between the business department and the Human Resources Shared Services Center or HR Expert Center (COE), ensure the smooth execution of HR processes such as compensation, benefits, and onboarding on the business side.
2) Ensure that the human resources activities of the business department comply with the basic requirements of Mexican labor laws and provide initial advice and support on complex employee relations issues.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
At least 3-5 years of experience as an HRBP or HR generalist in Mexico, with direct experience as a business partner.
Manufacturing industry working experience preferred.
Proficient in Spanish. Chinese can be a working language.
