WIPO China: Online WIPO Mediation and Arbitration Workshop Opens for Registration
北京时间11月18日至20日17:00-19:00（欧洲中部时间10:00-12:00），世界知识产权组织仲裁与调解中心将举办为期三天的“产权组织调解和仲裁在线研讨会”。
The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center will host a three-day Online Mediation and Arbitration Workshop on November 18-20, from 17:00 to 19:00 Beijing time (from 10:00 to 12:00 CET).
研讨会旨在促进对产权组织替代性争议解决机制（ADR）在知识产权和技术争议解决中的应用的理解。研讨会面向调解员、仲裁员、知识产权律师、公司法务、专利和商标代理人以及商界专业人士（包括中小企业和初创企业），帮助他/她们熟悉国际调解和仲裁程序，并接受作为调解员、仲裁员或当事人代理人的培训。
The Workshop aims to promote the understanding of WIPO Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) options for the resolution of intellectual property (IP) and technology disputes. The Workshop is designed for mediators, arbitrators and IP lawyers, in-house counsel, patent and trademark attorneys and business professionals, including SMEs and startups, wishing to familiarize with international mediation and arbitration procedures and to receive training as mediators, arbitrators or party representatives.
研讨会将涵盖各行业领域的知识产权和技术调解和仲裁，重点介绍《产权组织调解规则》《产权组织仲裁规则》和《产权组织快速仲裁规则》的实际案例应用，并提供争议解决条款起草的指导。发言人包括具有丰富国际调解和仲裁经验的产权组织调解员和仲裁员、公司法务以及产权组织仲裁与调解中心工作人员。研讨会还设有充足的问答环节，方便参会者与发言人互动交流。
The Workshop will cover IP and technology mediation and arbitration across industry sectors, with particular focus on the practical case application of the WIPO Mediation, Arbitration and Expedited Arbitration Rules, and guidance on drafting of dispute resolution clauses. Speakers include WIPO mediators and arbitrators, in-house counsel, and WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center professionals, all experienced in the conduct of international mediation and arbitration procedures. Ample Q&A opportunities will enable attendees to interact with the speakers.

Day 1 will focus on mediation, providing an overview of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center and the WIPO Mediation Rules, and exploring the use of mediation in IP and technology disputes.
第二天的课程将聚焦仲裁，包括《产权组织仲裁和快速仲裁规则》和产权组织调解员概述，产权组织仲裁和快速仲裁程序的进行，知识产权和技术争议的仲裁。
Day 2 will focus on arbitration, introducing the WIPO Arbitration Rules and the WIPO Expedited Arbitration Rules, and covering IP and technology arbitration as well as the conduct of WIPO arbitration and expedited arbitration proceedings.
第三天将聚焦于调解和仲裁在知识产权和技术争议中的实际应用，由行业专家以及产权组织仲裁与调解中心工作人员分享经验和案例，并就起草有效的替代性争议解决条款提供指导。
Day 3 will focus on the practical use of mediation and arbitration in IP and technology disputes, including insights and case examples shared by industry practitioners and WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center professionals, and providing guidance on drafting effective ADR clauses.
本次研讨会免费向公众开放。参加全部三天课程的人员将获得参与证书。
The Workshop is open to the public and free-of-charge. Certificates of participation will be issued to participants who attend all three days of the Workshop.
