Business Development Internship – Nordic Market Focus

About the Role
We are offering a hands-on internship for candidates interested in business development, consulting, and international markets. As part of our Management Consulting Division, you’ll support our outreach efforts specifically in the Nordic market, helping us engage with Nordic companies exploring growth in Asia.
Your main responsibility will be to reach out to Danish/Finnish/Norwegian stakeholders with the purpose to book qualified meetings for our senior partners. We will provide guidance and the necessary tools to support you with reaching out effectively. You will also get exposure to partner-led meetings, giving you real insight into how we tackle global business problems.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to Danish/Finnish/Norwegian stakeholders using provided tools, templates, and strategies
Book introductory calls with senior decision-makers on behalf of ARC Group partners
Track outreach and results in CRM tools and report progress regularly
Join selected internal and external meetings to gain first-hand experience
Requirements
Native-level fluency in Danish/Finnish/Norwegian (written and spoken) is mandatory
Professional working proficiency in English
Strong interest in business development, consulting, or international markets
Clear communication, confidence, and structured working style
Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms
