斯洛文尼亚始终倡导妇女应在决策、建设和平及预防冲突中全面、平等且有实质意义的参与。通过教育赋能、经济独立和社会积极参与，始终是斯洛文尼亚外交政策的优先核心。我们必须倾听并保护妇女和女童的声音，尤其是那些被剥夺教育权或司法正义的群体。
正如会议所强调，女性在冲突中不仅是受害者，更是安全的守护者与和平的缔造者。斯洛文尼亚自豪地支持国内外所有和平与安全事务中纳入女性参与。目前，斯洛文尼亚武装部队和警察队伍中女性占比约17%，她们正为国家和国际和平事业作出重要贡献。

At the World Women's Leadership Conference held in Beijing, Slovenia reaffirmed its strong commitment to gender equality and the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) agenda.
Slovenia continues to advocate for the full, equal, and meaningful participation of women in decision-making, peacebuilding, and conflict prevention.
Empowering women through education, economic independence, and active participation in society remains at the core of Slovenia's foreign policy priorities. The voices of women and girls, especially those who are denied education or justice, must be heard and protected.
As highlighted during the conference, women are not only victims in conflicts — they are also providers of security and agents of peace. Slovenia proudly supports the inclusion of women in all aspects of peace and security, both at home and abroad. Today, women make up around 17% of Slovenia's armed forces and police, serving as strong contributors to national and international peace efforts.
Slovenia was represented at the conference by Ambassador Darja Bavdaž Kuret, Slovenia's Special Envoy for the Women, Peace and Security agenda.
