Well, you could just heat them, spread butter on them, and stuff them in your face, and they would make a delicious snack.
But, the most traditional way to partake would be as an integral part of a Full Scottish Breakfast, or an Ulster Fry (or even an Irish Breakfast, though they are less commonly found on that plate). Use them similarly to a roti, in that you want to still have some at the end of your feed, so you can use it to sop up all the delicious juices left on the plate.
