A Modern, Efficient Border Management
System for Europe
The Entry/Exit System (EES) is Europe’s new border management system for registering non-EU nationals travelling for a short stay, each time they cross the external borders of 29 European countries (including Greece). The system will be rolled out gradually at their external borders.
The launch date for the start of operations of the EES has been set for 12 October 2025.
Who will be registered in the EES?
Non-EU nationals travelling to the European countries using the EES for a short stay (up to 90 days within a 180-day period) will be registered in the EES.

全新欧洲现代化高效边境管理系统
出入境系统（EES）是欧洲推出的全新边境管理系统，用于记录非欧盟公民每次跨越 29 个欧洲国家（包括希腊）外部边境的短期停留信息。该系统会在这些国家的外部边境逐步推行。
