Call for Application for Ambassador’s Belt and Road Scholarship
The Embassy of Nepal, in collaboration with Overseas Chinese Charity Foundation of China (OCCFC), announces the call for applications for Ambassador’s Belt and Road Scholarship from 13-28 October 2025. Interested Nepali students who are pursuing their higher studies in China can apply.
1stscholarship—1 student—10,000 RMB
2ndscholarship—10 students---5,000 RMB each
Selection process will be based on merit—outstanding score, current scholarship status from the Chinese government, gender, belongingness to backward and marginalized community of Nepal, engagement in extra-curricular activities, among others.
Those students who were awarded in June 2024 are requested to refrain from submitting application.
Only shortlisted students will be contacted for the interview either offline or online.
