Guangzhou (JLC), October 22, 2025--Tianjin Binhai Huigang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. completed its first bonded bunkering in Tianjin on October 16, 2025, becoming the second company with the license to supply bonded bunker fuel in the city, Tianjin Binhai New Area said on its WeChat platform on October 17.
During the bunkering, the company pumped 700 mt of bonded low-sulfur fuel oil onto vessel "MOUNT JADEITE" at the Yuanhang International Ore Terminal of Tianjin Port.
The operation not only marked the official launch of the company's bonded bunkering business but also helped promote the comprehensive services of Tianjin Port.
As a next step, Tianjin Binhai Huigang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. will further enhance its bonded bunkering and shipping services, and contribute to the construction of Tianjin Port into an international shipping center in North China and a world-class shipping hub.
Tianjin Binhai Huigang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in June 2024.
The other licensed bonded bunker fuel supplier in Tianjin is PetroChina (Tianjin) Fuel Oil Co., Ltd., which obtained the license in November 2024, JLC reported previously.
There are currently 45 licensed bonded bunker suppliers in China, comprising five national license holders and 39 regional license holders, JLC's data shows.
