This product is produced through a double-layer co-extrusion process. While ensuring the structural strength, it also endows the surface of the product with a richer color and texture. The production process is as follows:
The PVC venetian blinds are made using a double-layer extrusion process. The extrusion equipment for the fabric is used to remove the fabric that remains in the barrel, providing a clean working environment for the upcoming new material extrusion. The connection of the base material extrusion can only be carried out after the cleaning is completed.
02 Installation and connection work
After cleaning, install the dedicated fabric extrusion head and precisely align it with the base material extrusion system. The accuracy of this step directly affects the quality of the subsequent co-extrusion molding.
