Preparation Process

The team was officially formed at the end of May and began research and preparation shortly thereafter. We held regular meetings twice a week, both online and in person, with our team advisors. Our preparation followed several stages. First, we carefully studied the moot problem and all the exhibits. Next, we gathered research materials and resources, including academic books provided by our coaches and online library resources. We then began drafting our memorandum, striving to present well-reasoned and persuasive arguments.

After learning that our memorandum had successfully passed the initial round, we shifted focus to preparing our oral submissions. Roles were assigned to each team member, and individual oral arguments were structured accordingly. We conducted mock oral pleadings and question-and-answer sessions to strengthen our advocacy skills and improve time management.

Through this process, we gained a deeper and more practical understanding of the UNIDROIT Principles than ever before.
