Founded in 2002, the Asian Association of Business Incubation (AABl) is a multilateral network dedicated to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in the Asia-Pacific region. Over the past 20 years, AABl has grown to connect 26 members from 19 countries and regions, including Thailand, South Korea, China, and Australia ect, with accessibility to over 5,000 incubators. What’s more, AABI has recognised more than 30 incubator award winners and over 100 entrepreneur award winners. Additionally, AABl has published 19 volumes of the APJIE Journal, featuring over 250 academic papers. Various events have been organised within the AABI network each year to promote cross-border collaboration in business incubation.

Nan Fung Innovation Hub is Nan Fung Group’s first industrial park in Chinese mainland. Located in the core area of the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone. It integrates the policy advantages of the FTZ, Pudong New Area, Zhangjiang High-Tech Zone, and the bonded area. Leveraging Nan Fung’s bio-venture fund, mature incubation model in Boston, and partnerships resources with universities in Hong Kong and North America. The Hub facilitates cross-border collaboration and supports high-tech enterprises commercialize their R&D outcomes. The hub has a total gross floor area of approximately 23,000 sqm, comprising three high-spec R&D buildings and a shared innovation platform—“ NF Biotech Hive”—which offers move-in-ready labs, shared instruments, and professional management. Aligned with the Group’s SEWIT strategy, the hub adopts green building standards throughout, incorporating comprehensive solar energy utilization and becomes the area’s first near-zero carbon R&D facility.The main structure of the project has been completed and entered the interior decoration stage. B20: National Science and Technology Park of Tongji University
Established in 2001 and certified as a National Science and Technology Park by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education in 2003, Tongji Sci-Tech Park has evolved over two decades into a flagship innovation hub. Recognized for its operational excellence and service innovation, it holds several national honors, including Class A (Top Tier) National University Science Park and National Technology Business Incubator. Daily Roadshow Platform is Hunan's first equity financing service platform for technology innovation enterprises.
