The benifits of verifying your Alipay account
1.Security
After verifying your Alipay account, once you lost phone , there are many ways to prevent your account, like applying for a frozen Alipay account, closing the small private payment, closing the wireless payment, etc. which needs to verify your personal information . So it will be more real-name authentication path to protect the security of Alipay account.
2.Payment /shopping/ transfer of account
If it is not certified, Alipay account can not be used for payment , and you can’t transfer money to others or receive from others, the money in Alipay account also can’t be transferred to your bank card .
3.You can enjoy many other functions
Afer verifying account, Alipay can pay for water, gas, mobile phone charges, electricity, movie tickets, launched AA and other functions.
For foreigners , you need to take some special steps to verify your account .
1.Open www.alipay.com, login Alipay account, click [real name authentication], click [account settings] - [basic information] - [immediate certification]
打开www.alipay.com，登录支付宝账户，点击【账户设置】—【基本信息】—【立即认证】
2.Enter authentication page, click [immediate certification]
进入认证页面，点击【立即认证】
3.Fast bind card: After entering the entrance, directly into the fast binding part (it has cancelled the remittance authentication now)
(1)You must have an account with a mainland Chinese bank ;
(2) At present for foreigners, the following card type is supported:
passport (basic identity information pagec + entry stamp page when uploading)
快捷绑卡：进入入口后，直接进入快捷绑定环节（不再支持打款认证）
护照（上传时提交基本身份信息页+入境盖章页）
4.Upload documents: the type of document is the same as you selected when you bind the card, which can not be selected again or replaced when upload documents.
Here , upload two pictures:
(1)basic identity information page on passport
(2)entry stamp page on passport
上传证件：证件类型是根据客户在快捷绑卡时，页面选择的证件类型，到上传证件时已无法进行选择或更换。
这一步上传两张护照的图片：
（1）护照本的基本身份信息页
（2）护照笨的入境盖章页
5.Verify document, time: 24 hours. Next, just wait for the verifying is completed within 24 hours .
证件审核，审核时间：24小时。
