前言
144小时过境免签政策落地以来，中国旅游成为国际现象级话题，海量外国旅行者涌入上海等热门城市。
令人诧异的是，在此轮热度中，杭州作为一个拥有三项世界遗产的单体城市，马可·波罗笔下“最美、高贵的城市”，在某一外网的播放总量不到上海、重庆的十分之一，在前二十位榜单中垫底。从某一个层面尽力消除国内外的信息差和数据倒挂早已是应有之义。
本年四月，首部米其林酒店指南发布，开始为在全球的居停发挥示范性的牵引作用。此前，业界领衔的福布斯旅行指南以其极其迟缓的速度扩充其样本，常见同一地区一年只新增一家新酒店，事先还要大张旗鼓标出。附带的少得可怜的餐厅更不必多言，按其标准那是处处皆美食荒漠，这显然无法留下一种严谨的穷举式的印象；另一方面，因其服务攸关的评判标准裹挟产出一批批令人诧异的偏激答案，外部和内部评价天差地别，我国西北著名的某福布斯五星酒店就常沦为笑谈。而强在地性、创意关窍、服务非决定性因素，以及星罗棋布的非星入选榜单构筑起的米其林宇宙则充满生生不息的生命力。
我们常说看重独创性或者说不可替代性是米其林的核心要义，无论对于美食抑或酒店均如是。世上能达到同一水平附近的餐厅、酒店千万，因滥宁缺固然不符合逻辑，雨露均沾式的好好先生也非米其林之所愿。因此创意，也唯有创意是界定一项客体是升是降的分水岭。人均300人民币出头却拥有独立概念的曼谷SO/ 能摘得一星钥，并让高级感、奢华感并不或缺的华尔道夫、W提名陪跑就是这项指标的注脚。
在这份杭州酒店指南中，我们仿照米其林格式进行预演，考察评价了七十余家杭州酒店，其中包括全部国际高端酒店品牌（喜来登、华美达广场不算在列）、全部现国际独立联盟所属酒店和几乎全部声名显赫的其他高档酒店，评价烈度我认为大体与米其林指南持平，以独创性为重，不同的是我们完全将流动性因素剔除，这样做的利和弊一目了然，相较于福布斯的服务至上的确有矫枉过正之嫌，好在即便把服务等因素纳入考量也不会对结果带来过大影响，除了豪华精选、仟羽阁之类的的稳定低水平服务固然会造成失星掉榜——实际上这样的负面案例远比想象地少——但四季之类拥有丰富服务经验的大牌得到意料外的嘉奖也未尝不可能。愿10月8号米其林全球星钥榜单最终以不偏不倚之姿给出最中正的答案。
在星级以下，还设置“保留一星”梯度，大体对标米其林“入选”级别，但也不尽然。这些酒店必须要有一技之长，大致达标并拥有格外可圈可点的因素。另外，额外增设只存在于美食榜单中的必比登式的性价比维度，以顾全经济原则，这些酒店通常在每晚最低600元以内，质量次于“保留一星”，而并非交叉维度，为中外游客提供更多选择。此次共有27家获得赞誉的酒店。

和北、上等城市不同，作为年轻新兴城市的杭州酒店业特点在于，现代酒店这一某种意义上的舶来品的发展是以其城市的发展阶段为脉络的。自古时起至世纪初，杭州城最初的社会中心从鼓楼一带向湖滨过渡，香格里拉、凯悦最早扎根西湖边。2008年起，北京奥运举办，中国走向世界，其后2010年西湖申遗成功，杭州酒店迎来第一个井喷期，在此前20年里杭州仅有两家国际酒店，而仅在2010年一年之内便新增了至少六家，其中还包含了安缦这样的顶奢品牌，杭州洲际酒店以亲身形式直接参与了钱江新城的兴建进程，促成“杭州第二中心”，同时预言了酒店界的拓展逐渐向第二中心转移。2016年起迎来第二个井喷期，中间经历G20峰会召开，西湖山庄开始对外开放走向市场，有的酒店还在此期间赶工完成，以便承接峰会，足以描摹当时的情况，此后分别选址钱江新城和桐庐天溪湖的康莱德双胞胎在同年先后开业，率先成为全球康莱德一城双店首例。如今，“杭州第三中心”正在成形，第三波酒店浪潮也正在酝酿……
总体而言杭州的酒店格局高于广州、成都、南京等城，仅次于上海、北京，高端酒店市场已有完善之态，大多数国际大型酒店集团均已落户，不少高端品牌已实现一城双店甚至多店，但通通仍在继续形成完整品牌链，比如凯悦集团作为进驻最早的集团之一，如今形成了从柏悦到凯悦嘉轩的全套配置，独缺少安达仕等来补足精品潮流型品牌类型。然而主城区的酒店已近饱和，本土倾向也十分明显，绿城、银泰等本土业主，开元、君澜等本土品牌以及多家国宾馆占据不少好的地段，新开酒店往往辟址新区，杭州下辖市县随之成为酒店的宠儿，尤以淳安为最。
杭州的度假型酒店占比相当大，尤其是在高奢阵营可达八九成，反映杭州的旅游城市定位突出，精细型旅游资源和超高端消费方面十分吸引国际财团的目光。旅游资源的丰富也使得酒店呈现中心辐射、分散式集中的情状，星罗棋布，西南到到千岛湖安岚，西北到天目山都喜天丽，南到湘湖逍遥庄园，东到临平万丽，均是以景点带动第三产业、值得专程前往之处；这种辐射性还在于，中心地周边的次级中心配套酒店设施的完善度并不以直觉的、常识的方式与距离成反比，无论硬件或软件——尤其是涉及到人才人力的服务，不少酒店交出了出人意料的高分答案。

私以为富春山居是室内部分最卓越的中国酒店，这个由Jean-Michel Gathy（负责建筑部分）和Jaya Ibrahim（负责室内部分）设计的同心戮力之作是他们在亚洲交出的第一份答卷，20余年被不断模仿借鉴，西子湖四季、宁波柏悦等一众后起之秀或多或少于此汲取灵感，水缸装饰、下沉式楼阶、立柱连廊早已凝结为时代经典、行业神话，非但不觉美人迟暮，反历久弥新，常读常新。
相比起来富阳的山水都显得有些美中不足……高尔夫会馆附近的小径和湖廊居外的露台当属最佳欣赏角度，前者视野中的三角形山麓富有诗意，这条南面的线路比其向北的、从停车场对面的入口肇始、途经花坊和北别墅的北侧湖边步行道视野更佳。而占据整个富春山居制高点的富春阁则显得远眺视野一般，其第三层的佛门氛围却相当值得体验；一旁山间还有两座微型庙堂供奉神龛，住客罕到。室外天然景色以外，泳池及室内外泡池充任着人造风景的最佳去处。富春SPA备有几位巴厘技师，且偶有令人震惊的水疗好价，合适时可以一试。
山居的服务风格自成一派，在实践上得其亲切自然，也失其庄重雅致。
以现在的眼光看，山居的客房论宽敞度需套房才能和当今的高奢酒店之基础客房相比。全部客房都配备JVC播放机和音响，湖景套房开帘即湖山，尤其是一楼的几间有丛竹掩映，美不胜收。
湖廊居麻雀虽小五脏俱全，多年间提供过包含油条（通常也可在早餐品尝）、羊肉派、鱼香肉丝披萨以及生松露牛肉薄片在内的变换的国际佳肴。如前面已提及的，由于拥有居高临下的震撼视域，建议落座露台，冬季也无虑，有加热灯长保温暖。大痴（黄公望雅号）小馆午餐供应时间段较短，鲍鱼煨山药、山笋焖乳鸽、甲鱼羹等浙江菜无一败笔，更值得推荐。两大餐厅性价比极高，费劲外出酒店实属不智。相较而言精品店的物价则果然偏高，不妨以购买水杯、丝巾、帆布袋或定制明信片来纪念这段旅程。

中庭与瀑布是酒店的两大法宝。松树拱卫的落客区域与大堂之间的巨大庭园频让宾客自以为误入歧途，这足以言说其设计的别开生面与视觉效果的不同凡响，正是由松柏、假山石之类意象引领来人置身唐风宋韵。人工瀑布且因势而动，不落痕迹。

The atrium and the fall are the two crown jewels. The terrace is home to those not super affluent to afford a West Lake Suite, here, try to figure out the causeways, islands, pagodas and how the waters are separated and decorated by them. If you cannot refuse kung fu, the pavilion surrounded fully by bamboos is where your dreams and imaginations about a swordsman or whatever take place, just ask for access so that you can throw yourself in. Golden Silk serves Wenzhounese food unusually.

This latecomer has its eight independent suites facing the West Lake and the Long Bridge, the middle one of three on Bai Causeway, with their unique poetic names like “Haze in Memory”, etc. The thing that wakes your dream is the rate. After SLH’s secession from Hyatt Corporation, a huge amount of cash seems inevitable. We hope that Qiushui’s marriage to “Small” Luxury Hotels is not the limit and an excuse of borrowing something from her old relative, breakfasts for example, but a beginning with compatibility and sufficiency.

大金球，新地标，亮灯时值得安排些时间远眺。到达层由礼宾指引方向，告知大堂楼层并按电梯按钮，把可能繁琐的步骤化为服务的机会。大厅以传奇的中空设计模板打造下沉的餐厅和上升的穹顶，一个个圆环嵌套，宛如科幻电影。在这里，什么都是圆形的，椭圆形的，球形的……
除了楼层不同外，高级房与豪华房的不同之处主要：高级房的床面向电视，侧向卫浴和窗，而豪华房床的摆放面向窗户，背向卫浴；高级房的沙发是一张造型普通的单人软椅，豪华房则是圆形宽大的沙发。所有房间均配备BOSE一体式音箱，可分别切换为电视、广播、CD、和外接设备（AUX）模式。倾斜的玻璃把酒店球形建筑的好处发挥得淋漓尽致，夜晚站在窗前，仿佛君临天下，望尽天涯路。
同时，酒店即使同一房型也存在着两种房间构造。第一种房间从卧室到其他区域有两条走道，左右贯通；马桶、淋浴区、浴缸和梳妆区朝着不同的方向，卫浴区域面积较小，但多了浴缸上的LED显示屏。第二种房间卫浴间更宽敞，四个功能区集中在一个区域，环形的移门和弧形的木壁合抱成天井的大圆。
自助早餐多半是差强人意，有几个菜品让人满意就算达标，而在原素全日餐厅却反过来，多数食物令人惊喜，只个别菜品味道平平。培根布丁、燕麦酸奶和鲜榨的西芹苹果汁让人印象深刻。

The leaning windows make you feel like a king before your parade. The arrangements stresses the main theme, even the Bose multifunctional loudspeakers ride the wave, as some kind of semicircles.
Within the deluxe rooms, two types of rooms differ still, the category of bed type not spoken of. There are two walkways to the bathroom from the bedroom in the first ones, equipped with an LED screen above the tub. The second ones have larger washrooms, of which the glass doors help form a round transition region.
The pudding with bacon and fresh mixed juices from breakfast was stupendous.

与之相比，多数中国的喜来登始终保持着较高甚至超高水准：1984年北京喜来登长城饭店开业成为第一家进驻中国的国际五星级酒店品牌，迈点网显示近年来本品牌MBI指数多月高居榜首，口碑优良，营销成功，各种地标性建筑成为各大热门城市目的地。西溪喜来登是其中之一，从写着酒店双语全称的界石走过，算是踏入了喜来登与西溪的双重疆土，它是向靠近者散发迷人气息的香水。
门庭区域，点睛之作，江南传统的月洞，用门墙藏景，以洞窗漏景，欲说还休。洞窗犹给人以保持直线前进的假象，是车行道的视觉延伸，由是与两侧的人行连廊一直两曲共同构成三条通道。墙前水池种满荷叶，叶间喷雾，更适合这个身处江南水乡的酒店。莫要以为此墙只是摆设，它与其后的顶盖和廊台相连，共同构成了酒店的门廊。门庭江南元素的彰显和酒店功能的满足同步实现，设计精巧大气而又不失之繁复，是西溪喜来登的名片。建筑总体是白墙黑瓦的色彩格调，又以红色立柱和屋檐内边点缀其间，在江南水乡的思绪上又暗合喜来登之红（喜来登的标志是红色的橄榄枝衬字母S，英文名也多用红色标写），古典却不泥古。设想你是设计者，你所想的应该只在黑与白之间徘徊，或者是离开颜色的工具去另谋出路吧。
大堂旋转门扇区隔间内的装饰物是盛开和才露尖尖角的荷花，以及蹲伏于上和穿梭其间的青蛙。大堂整体架空两层，二层区域绕后为会议中心，配合着架空的构造，前台背后的红、黄、绿三色灯光映照下的水墨画也延伸至二楼。二楼连廊侧是三种纹理有规律的交替。
推荐阳台景观双床房1083，不但阳台风景佳，而且由于是一个小幅度拐角，房间进门也有一个小角度，配合着开放式浴室和四方形卧室显得极为宽敞。超高的房顶一踏入就有种己身渺小而空间深远的感觉，好似荡秋千一般。泡一杯龙井，憩于水畔，人生乐事。高一级别的豪华房多一台飞利浦音响、一瓶漱口水和一样搓澡网，四层的房间有一个阁楼式的屋顶，挑高却没一层那么高。
在采悦轩中餐厅，我们推荐龙井茶酥和萝卜丝饼配牛奶核桃露两个点心。盛宴西餐厅的自助早餐品质较高，但每日菜品仅有少量变化，西点区域提供全麦、黑麦等多种面粉作撒粉，使面包口感更醇厚。从西餐厅走出便是酒店招牌式的五角水榭亭台。沿着酒店侧面的细长小道可以身临房内看到的水榭亭台。与其再付门票进入湿地景区，不如享受在这里无消耗的惬意时光。
泳池更衣室淋浴间众多，毛巾配备充足。所有色彩搭配也一反传统的金碧风，用清新的蓝绿色调涂绘座椅和防滑毯，清新亮丽，合乎泳池、也合乎湿地的气息。运动过后，到能量补给站获取免费的汇源橙汁、士力架和新鲜水果。

After the acquisition by the Marriott Corporation, the past Starwood flagship brand suffered criticism as it didn’t “meet those standards” by Arne Sorenson, former CEO of the company, who also declared possible shrinkage of Sheraton presence in U.S. On the contrary, most Sheraton hotels in China maintain a high level, to be more accurate, higher level than expected, which is especially precious considering the rash movements and shoddy luxury in the field.
Technically they are two different brands with “Grand” or not, between which the gap may be smaller than that between the Sheraton itself and the Four Points. With the bilingual boundary marker stone you step by, symbolizing the double kingdom of Xixi National Wetland Park and the brand of both high level and tier, here is where you start the adventure.
Front yard, the punchline. The traditional Jiangnan-styled moon door produces an optical illusion of allowance to move forward, which in fact connects the canopy and fountain with fake lotus. A business card, this smokescreen in union with the pair of actual tangible corridors aside appear three ways of penetration. The colors of the buildings present orthodox white and black skin with claret make-up, coinciding the Sheraton red.
If you are ever slightly disappointed about there are only lotus leaves in the pond, flowers and buds accompanied by frogs inside the involving door will throw you a surprise. Basic room 1083 is specifically recommended not only for the right perspective, but the minor angle of diversion, resulting in the singularly commodious space. More than this, to the particularly high ceiling’s credit, it has made people swing from inside. Have a cup of Longjing tea on the balcony, but no need to overstay, the wetland out there is open to embrace you. If you lose your way there, staff are ready to help. After the nice but a little bit repeating breakfast, find your short way to the veranda and the pentagonal pagodas. The restaurant, together with the swimming pool and changing rooms are bright and energetic by contract. When you finish your exercises, grab juice, fruits and Snickers for free from the gym in the afternoon.

Every executive suite consists of a large king bed with golden canopy, an extra tatami for local Longjing and Jiuqu Hongmei tea, and to be pointed out, a transparent guest bathroom, together with the amateurish service making the stay less memorable.
