Job Title

Customer Service Representative

Company Introduction

We are an international logistics supply chain management company which comprehensively integrate freight forwarding, customs, shipping agency, NVOCC, domestic/overseas storage, trucking. We set up operation centers in Shanghai, Changzhou and other ports in Jiangsu. In Yang Shan Port FTZ we have 60000 square meters indoor bonded warehouse(bonded, export processing zone,logistics park functions).In Europe, the United States, Australia, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam and other countries, we have 11branches. We are also the WCA global freight member. We have our logistics network in over 195 countries and regions, can provide logistics service from domestic (overseas) to overseas (domestic) and overseas to the third countries. Setting customs clearance,transportation,warehousing and other whole logistics supply chain services. We can provide enterprises with integrated logistics solutions,value added service. Cost saving and customer satisfaction are our ultimate goal.


Job Responsibilities
  • Daily order taking from customers and filing;

  • Daily order dispatching to operation departments or vendors;

  • Track order fulfillment progress;

  • Input order information into project management system.

  • Generate report from the system upon project manager's instructions;

  • In time reporting for any service or operation issues;

  • Trouble shooting. Communicate with customers proactively when issues coming;

  • Business trip either in Netherlands or over the EU countries while necessary;

  • Maintain customers' relationship;

  • In-depth understanding of customer needs and develop new customers;

  • Regular Business review with customers;

  • Develop manage and maintain supplier resources,  including but not limited to warehouse,trucking,brokerage resources;

  • Investigate market and competitive trends to provide decision support;

  • Arrange and complete other local matters in Europe as assigned by company leaders.


Job Requirements
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English and Mandarin.Preferably speak German;

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications;

  • Experienced in customer service representative;

  • Good record of integrity in past working experience and positive attitude of teamwork.Proactiveness in thinking and troubleshooting;

  • Strong flexibility and communication skills.Good at solving problems, preferably with Logistics working experience at least 2 years;

  • Familiar with import and export policies in EU, storage management processes and requirements;

  • Possess a valid driver’s license, proficient in driving, and able to travel independently within the EU.
