Mission
AsaGameDesigner(Ops),youwillbeinvolvedinthecooperationwithpublishingcompany,tomakesureourgamesfollowthegovernmentregulation.
YouwillalsoberesponsiblefordesigningspecificfeaturesorcontentsofAAAtitlesforChina.Youwillcooperatewithotherstudiostoimproveourgamesaccordingtothefeedbackfromourplayers.Youshouldworkcloselywithotherdesigners,producers,engineersandartistsduringtheproduction,launchandliveoperationsofourgames.
Duties:
ContinuouslyreviewourgamesandmakesuretheymeettheChinesemarketstandards
Improvethecurrentdesignandcomingupwithsolutionstofulfillthegovernmentrequirementsifnecessary
Balancingandadjustinggameplayexperiencesafterthemodificationtoensurethegamestillkeepshighqualityandintheoriginaldirection
PrototypinganddesigninggameplayandfeaturesforChinesemarket
Workingwithartistsandprogrammerstofacilitatedevelopmentanditerationoffeatures
Respondtofeedback,analytics,andtestresultsinaconstructivemannerwithlogicalandreasonedsuggestions/solutionstoimproveondesigns
Createandmaintainlivingdocumentationforallgameaspects
Researchandremaincurrentonindustrytrendsincludingnewgamegenres,designmethods,gamethemesandmechanics
Requirements:
Minimum34yearsofexperienceindesign
FamiliarwithproductionandoperationofAAAtitlegames
ExperienceofdesigningsystemstomeetChinesemarket
RelevantexperienceofworkingonPCorConsolestitlesreleasedinChina
Abilitytoacceptcritique,willingnesstolisten,excellentcriticalsense

您应当是一位游戏高手,有多年的游戏经验,对游戏有相当的感悟,能够找出一般玩家所找不出的“BUG”;诚邀有多年游戏经验的高手来“找茬”。第一时间体验研发中的***游戏,找出菜鸟玩家无法察觉的“BUG”,为游戏完美面世铺平道路。
要求:
具备一定的英文和电脑能力;
具有一定的测试经验;
工作认真负责,能承受较大压力

通过对产品的综合测试防止错误出现,确保游戏特性与策划文档一致
与游戏开发团队合作,处理实时bug隔离/重现,集成网格更新和其他来自开发团队的要求(如特殊标记测试、视频捕捉、版本复核和问题记录等)
在数据库中记录bug,并及时和不同工种的团队成员沟通。
与测试团队密切合作,积极跟进游戏开发进程(当验证版本发送到其他测试团队时,帮助整合各种报告和风险评估)。
帮助QC主管创建、执行和填写测试清单
通过有效方法识别并报告游戏中的错误。
遵循版本操作的安全性措施。

职责:
分析、整合和解读玩家数据,以识别市场趋势,增强行业洞察力并提供决策支持;
设计,制作相关报告与报表,就游戏的生命周期,在战略与运营层面上为游戏团队提供支持;
研究和开发统计模型以解读玩家行为并预测未来变化;
提出建议并与游戏团队合作执行,分析并衡量其影响;
与全球的合作方紧密工作,分享数据并改善工作方法。
与团队一起设计游戏内的数据埋点,并跟踪其在游戏内的实施;
帮助发展和加强现有的数据处理流程;
建立新工作流,实现现有工作流的优化与标准化;
要求:
具备计算机科学、应用数学或同等专业学士或硕士学位;
3年以上游戏数据分析员工作经验;
精通SQL,特别是大数据相关;
精通报告和数据可视化工具,如Tableau;
精通Excel或其他数据工具,如JupyterNotebook等技能者优先;
普通话流利;
能够在国际化环境中用英语工作;
热衷于游戏,熟悉本行业和主要游戏平台;
