Job Description
The PMO Analyst is responsible for managing the day-to-day tracking, reporting, and administrative support for a large-scale ERP implementation project. This role coordinates with different team members and provides comprehensive status updates and reports to project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update comprehensive project status reports, dashboards, and other key documentation to track progress, identify issues, and report to executive stakeholders
Coordinate with different team members to gather progress updates
Support the change management by documenting and communicating process changes
Provide administrative support for the project manager, including scheduling and resource planning
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
Minimum of 0.5 year of experience in large-scale project implementation
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
Project management and Reporting skills desirable -e.g. Jira and PowerBI
Advance MS office and tool development Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
