幼儿双手举起“杠铃”，并过头顶至手臂完全伸直、身体直立稳定保持5秒

Rules:

Children pick up the "barbell" with both hands, lift it over their heads, and hold it there for 5 seconds. Make sure their arms are fully straight and their bodies stay standing up straight and steady the whole time.

两名家长各拿一边绳子向前甩绳，两名幼儿在中间跳过绳子前进，到达终点后跑步返回接力下一组。

游戏B-靶盘投射：幼儿投掷粘球到靶盘。（3球）

Stand at the designated spot, where toddlers throw the ball and parents catch it with a box.

Game B – Target Disc Throw

幼儿和家长穿上一只拖鞋，

用脚把拖鞋向前方踢出去

（全班结束本游戏后，一起把拖鞋捡回起点处）

Rules:

Children and parents each put on one slipper, then kick the slipper forward with their foot.(After the whole class finishes this game, everyone picks up the slippers together and takes them back to the starting point.)

全班幼儿合作完成250米的骑车接力。

雨天方案：以年级为单位进行拔河比赛，
