【The 7th Louvre International Art Exhibition in France】

      羅浮宮國際藝術展是在聯合國世界糧食計劃署(WFP) 支持下，由多國政府和社會組織聯合策展，澳門、香港、台灣、新加坡、韓國、日本等地聯合策展單位為藍圖國際教育聯盟，澳門地區承辦單位為澳門青年展藝協會，在法國羅浮宮舉辦的一年一度的國際性藝術展會，擁有少兒板塊和青年藝術家板塊，舉辦六年來得到了聯合國多家單位組織的大力支持。一年一度的UWEE羅浮宮國際藝術展，擁有少年兒童板塊和青年藝術家板塊，分為線上數字展和線下展兩個平臺。

     羅浮宮國際藝術展旨在消除地域差異，共建多元社會，讓更多青少年兒童平等參與藝術創作，展現全球兒童對藝術最純粹的表達。過往五屆藝術展，已經在全球超過八十個國家及地區收集到超過兩萬幅優秀作品，最小的小藝術家是來自丹麥年僅兩歲的Future N Fang。本屆藝術展將繼續面向全球所有熱愛美術的青少年征集繪畫作品，不論年齡、不論種族、不論語言、期待您閃光的創意、期待您曼妙的思想，讓我們一起在法國、在巴黎、在羅浮宮綻放。

    同時，主辦方將會借助線下多地巡展與線上展數字平臺等多種方式，聯合各國政府及社會機構，舉辦羅浮宮國際藝術展-平行展，對多元文化進行詮釋與再現，期望為青少年提供文化交流的平臺的同時，促進不同文化間的了解與尊重，增強國際理解；也不斷激發青少年的創造力，提升其藝術水平，培養跨文化合作精神，豐富文化多樣性。讓各國青少年兒童在傳播本國文化的同時，建立國際友誼，促進世界文化融合與發展。

    隨著2024年巴黎奧運會的腳步漸近，世界的目光再次聚焦於歐洲大陸，特別是即將舉辦盛會的巴黎，這不僅是一場體育的盛會，也是一次探索歐洲魅力的絕佳機會。為了弘揚奧林匹克精神,展示中西方文化藝術的交流與融合,讓世界更多人了解和喜愛中國書畫藝術,同時也為2024年法國巴黎奧運會增添一抹亮麗的文化色彩，經組委會與合作方商議，特別決定為本屆藝術展推薦三個優秀分主題：科技未來 、珍愛糧食 、綠色環保、 世界和平。各參展者可根據自我喜好選擇主題進行創作並參展（不限於推薦分主題）。

The Louvre International Art Exhibition is jointly curated by governments and social organizations with the support of the United Nations World Food Program (WFP). The co-curators of Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, South Korea, Japan and other places are the Blueprint International Education Alliance, and the organizer of Macau is the Macau Youth Art Exhibition Association. It is an annual international art exhibition held in the Louvre Museum in France. It has a children's section and a young artist section. It has been strongly supported by many organizations of the United Nations for six years. The annual UWEE Louvre International Art Exhibition has a children's section and a young artist section, which are divided into two platforms: online digital exhibition and offline exhibition.

The Louvre International Art Exhibition aims to eliminate regional differences, build a diverse society, allow more young people and children to participate in art creation equally, and show the purest expression of art by children around the world. In the past five art exhibitions, more than 20,000 excellent works have been collected from more than 80 countries and regions around the world. The youngest artist is Future N Fang, who is only two years old from Denmark. This art exhibition will continue to collect paintings from all young people who love art around the world, regardless of age, race, or language. We look forward to your brilliant creativity and your beautiful thoughts. Let us bloom together in France, Paris, and the Louvre. 

At the same time, the organizer will use various methods such as offline multi-regional tours and online exhibition digital platforms to cooperate with governments and social institutions of various countries to hold the Louvre International Art Exhibition-Parallel Exhibition to interpret and reproduce diverse cultures. It is hoped that while providing a platform for cultural exchange for young people, it will promote understanding and respect between different cultures and enhance international understanding; it will also continuously stimulate the creativity of young people, improve their artistic level, cultivate the spirit of cross-cultural cooperation, and enrich cultural diversity. Let young people and children from all countries build international friendship while spreading their own culture and promote the integration and development of world culture. 

As the 2024 Paris Olympics approaches, the world's attention is once again focused on the European continent, especially Paris, which is about to host the grand event. This is not only a sports event, but also an excellent opportunity to explore the charm of Europe. In order to promote the Olympic spirit, show the exchange and integration of Chinese and Western culture and art, let more people in the world understand and love Chinese calligraphy and painting art, and also add a bright cultural color to the 2024 Paris Olympics in France, the organizing committee and partners have discussed and decided to recommend three excellent sub-themes for this art exhibition: Technology Future, Cherish Food, Green Environmental Protection, and World Peace.

Each exhibitor can choose a theme to create and exhibit according to his or her own preferences (not limited to the recommended sub-themes).

羅浮宮始建於1204年，當時法國國王腓力二世為了守衛巴黎，修建了一座通向塞納河的城堡，取名羅浮宮，主要用於存放王室的檔案、珍寶，以及關押戰俘等 。隨著時間的推移，法國王室不斷對羅浮宮進行改建和擴建。16世紀，弗朗索瓦一世開始大規模重修宮殿，並收藏了包括《蒙娜麗莎》在內的眾多意大利著名藝術家的作品，為羅浮宮增添了濃厚的藝術氣息；亨利四世用13年時間建造了羅浮宮大畫廊 。路易十四時期，羅浮宮完成了許多令人嘆為觀止的擴展，成為了法國皇家藝術的象徵。不過後來路易十四選擇遷往凡爾賽宮，使得羅浮宮逐漸被用作展示藝術作品的場所 。

The Louvre was built in 1204. At that time, King Philip II of France built a castle leading to the Seine River in order to defend Paris, named the Louvre, which was mainly used to store royal documents, treasures, and prisoners of war. Over time, the French royal family continued to rebuild and expand the Louvre. In the 16th century, Francois I began to rebuild the palace on a large scale and collected the works of many famous Italian artists, including Mona Lisa, adding a strong artistic atmosphere to the Louvre. Henry IV spent 13 years to build the Louvre Gallery. During the reign of Louis XIV, the Louvre completed many amazing expansions and became a symbol of French royal art. However, later, Louis XIV chose to move to the Palace of Versailles, so that the Louvre was gradually used as a place to display works of art.

1805 年拿破侖率領法軍取得奧斯特利茨戰役勝利，擊敗第三次反法同盟。為紀念此次軍事勝利，拿破侖下令修建卡魯塞爾凱旋門，並效仿古羅馬君士坦丁凱旋門的形制。該凱旋門由建築師皮埃爾·弗朗索瓦·封丹那和沙爾勒·拜爾西耶設計，1806 年奠基，1808 年完工 。卡魯塞爾凱旋門的建成，讓周邊區域逐步形成了如今具有獨特風格和重要地位的廣場空間，卡魯塞爾廳所處區域的重要性也隨之提升。

In 1805, Napoleon led the French army to victory at the Battle of Austerlitz, defeating the Third Anti-French League. To commemorate this military victory, Napoleon ordered the construction of the Carusel Arc de Triomphe, following the form of the Arch of Constantine in ancient Rome. The Arc de Triomphe was designed by architects Pierre François Fontanna and Charle Beersier. It was laid in 1806 and completed in 1808. The completion of the Arc de Triomphe of Carusel has gradually formed a square space with a unique style and important status in the surrounding area, and the importance of the area where the Carusel Hall is located has also increased.
