Q3: How do I get Promo Code for Voucher & Cashback?
A3: Simple, just 4 steps
a. Add Cashback Bot by scanning above QR code
b. On Taobao product page, click "Share"
c. Send the link to our Cashback Bot
d. Cashback Assistant will revert you the Promo Code, copy it and go to Taobao to purchase
Q4: When will I get my Cashback?
A4: Cashback will be credited into your SmartLaowai Balance once you have confirm “Good Received” (“确认收货”) on the purchasing site.
It can be withdrawn to your Wechat Wallet when your Balance reaches minimum withdrawal amount (¥2).
Q5: How do I confirm "Good Received"
A5: Go to Taobao App, and follow below steps.
Q6: Why some items offer little or no Voucher/Cashback?
A6: The Voucher/Cashback availability and rate depend on the merchant, and are adjusted from time to time. For item without Voucher/Cashback, we recommend you to search for similar item or check again in future.

Q7: How do I know my purchase is eligible for Cashback?
A7: All purchase made by using our Promo Code are eligible for Cashback, and will be tracked on My Account page. Reply “balance” to the Bot for My Account page.
Q8: If I return, exchange or cancel my order, will I get Cashback?
A8: Cashback will be invalidated for any return, exchange and cancellation of orders.
Q9: What is the difference between “To Receive”, “Frozen”, “Completed” and “Invalid” statuses?
A9:
a. “To Receive” indicates order is pending you to confirm “Goods Receive” (确认收货).
b. “Frozen” indicates the Cashback is pending for validation by our supported sites.
c. “Completed” indicates the Cashback already credited into your Balance.
d. “Invalid” indicates the Cashback has been disqualified by the merchant and hence will not be given.
Q10: What is “Internal Discount Voucher”
A10: It is the exclusive voucher that shopping sites offer to employees or specific consumer group as benefit. We collaborate with these sites and make the voucher available to our SmartLaowai community.
Q11:What is the different between “Cashback” and “Commission”
A11: Cashback is what you earn when you purchase by using our Promo Code.
Commission is what you earn when your affiliate (your invited friends, and your invited friend’s friend) purchase by using our Promo Code.
Q12:What is "Invite & Earn"
A12: Whenever you share your Cashback Bot to your friend and he/she makes purchase on Taobao, Tmall or JD.COM with Promo Code, Commission will be rewarded to you, around 10%~40% of the amount of your friend's Cashback, while he/she still enjoys 100% of his/her Cashback.
Q13: How to invite friends
A13: Just share your Cashback Bot to your friends on Wechat. Once they added the Bot, they would be tracked as your affiliates.

Q14: How to check how much I've earn
A14: Send "Balance" to your Bot, and the Bot will reply your balance details. Commission is included in your "Current Balance".
