About AIII
人工智能基础设施交流（AIII，英文念作“A triple I”）由世界知识产权组织（WIPO）于2026年3月17日启动。作为一个全球性平台，AIII旨在促进专家间就人工智能背景下知识产权制度的技术和运营层面开展深入对话。
Launched on March 17, 2026, the Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Interchange (AIII, pronounced “A-triple-I”) is a WIPO forum that facilitates global expert dialogue on the technical and operational aspects of the intellectual property system in the context of artificial intelligence.
该平台的关注重点在于：如何利用技术系统和工具有效支持创作者、版权所有者及创新者，同时在快速演进的环境中推动人工智能技术的健康发展。
It focuses on how technical systems and tools can effectively support creators, copyright owners, and innovators while also promoting the development of AI technology in a rapidly evolving environment.

About AIII Annual Meeting
AIII年会为参会者提供了了解WIPO人工智能基础设施交流（AIII）及技术交流网络（TEN）最新进展的窗口。TEN是由全球技术专家组成的社群，致力于探讨知识产权与人工智能交叉领域的技术与业务议题。
The AIII Annual Meeting provides an opportunity to receive updates on WIPO’s AIII initiative and the work of the Technical Exchange Network (TEN)--the global collection of technical experts that is meeting to discuss the technical and operational aspects of the intersection of IP and AI.

Format: Hybrid — in-person participation and virtual access via Zoom and webcast.
会议将提供联合国六种官方语言（阿拉伯文、中文、英文、法文、俄文和西班牙文）的口译服务。网络直播还将进行录制，供会后观看。
Interpretation in all six UN official languages will be provided (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish). The webcast will also be recorded and available for later viewing.
