公司同时表示，二期建设拟于2026年内启动；公司在电话会上提示，二期进度可能受当地消防验收、供应链等因素影响。

The company also stated that Phase II construction is planned to start within 2026, noting that the schedule could be affected by local factors such as fire-safety approvals and supply-chain conditions.
