萨尔瓦多共和国（The Republic of El Salvador），简称萨尔瓦多。
萨尔瓦多国家登记中心（CNR）是主管商标申请注册的机构。采用申请在先原则，兼顾使用在先。
萨尔瓦多是《WIPO公约》、保护工业品外观设计巴黎公约、商标注册用商品和服务国际分类尼斯协定、TRIPS协定的缔约国，萨尔瓦多暂时不是马德里协定和马德里议定书的缔约国，仅可通过单一国注册来办理商标事宜。
申请人的名称和地址，以及申请人身份证明文件或营业执照复印件；
需要保护的类别和商品/服务名称（尼斯分类第9版）；
两份拟注册商标的缩微、清晰的形象；
（如有）代理的书面授权。
萨尔瓦多商标注册从提交申请到颁发注册证，至少需要4个月时间，以实质审查开始的时间计算，流程如下：
提交申请：申请人须按照法定的申请文件，向知识产权注册处递交商标注册申请，并缴纳规定的费用。
形式审查：对商标申请进行正式审查，以验证是否符合法律和法规要求。目前萨尔瓦多线上提交的申请，仅进行形式审查。
公告：形式审查通过后，将在官方公报或报纸上予以公告。
实质审查：商标在通过形式审查后，会对其进行实质审查，以免违反相关的法律规定。
商标注册：一旦申请通过实质审查，将批准授予商标。如果商标申请被驳回，申请人可以向法院提出上诉。
萨尔瓦多商标申请费用以美元提交，在商标注册程序完成后进行支付。

The Republic of El Salvador, or El Salvador for short, is located in the northern part of Central America, with its capital in the city of San Salvador.
The National Registration Centre of El Salvador (CNR) is the body responsible for trademark applications. Adopt the principle of first application and give consideration to the first use.
El Salvador is a party to the WIPO Convention, the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Designs, the International Classification of Goods and Services for Trademark Registration, and the TRIPS Agreement. El Salvador is not a party to the Madrid Agreement and the Madrid Protocol for the time being, and can only handle trademark matters through single country registration.
The name and address of the applicant, as well as a copy of the applicant's identification document or business license;
Names of categories and goods/services to be protected (Nice Classification, 9th Edition);
Two copies of the miniature, clear image of the intended trademark;
Written authorization of the agent, if any.
Trademark registration in El Salvador takes at least 4 months from the filing of the application to the issuance of the registration certificate, calculated from the time when the substantive examination begins. The process is as follows:
Submission of application: The applicant shall submit the application for trademark registration to the Intellectual Property Registry in accordance with the statutory application documents and pay the required fees.
Formal review: Conduct formal review of trademark applications to verify whether they meet the requirements of laws and regulations. Currently, applications submitted online in El Salvador are only subject to a pro forma review.
Announcement: After the approval of the form review, it will be announced in the official gazette or newspaper.
Substantive examination: After the trademark has passed the formal examination, it will carry out substantive examination to avoid violating the relevant legal provisions.
Trademark registration: Once the application passes the substantive examination, the trademark will be granted. If the trademark application is rejected, the applicant can appeal to the court.
The trademark application fee of El Salvador shall be submitted in USD and paid after the trademark registration process is completed.
