2015年“黄瓜干制作技艺”入选山西省非物质文化遗产名录。

It also has the effects of clearing intestines, increasing appetite, and relieving greasiness. The fresh cucumber jerky is superior to the fresh cucumber, with a strong, crispy, and refreshing taste.
In 2015, the "Cucumber Dried Production Technique" was selected for the Intangible Cultural Heritage List of Shanxi Province.

平定黄瓜干有五百多年的制作历史。
据《平定县志》记载：明洪武年间开始生产平定黄瓜干，清乾隆后逐渐盛行，产品除供本地外，少量销往京津等地，也是地方官吏年年敬献皇室的贡品，故有“龙筋”之称……；据清代李玉书《梦花堂丛集》记载：清康熙四十二年，西巡至平定，驻柏井驿，地方官员设宴招待，食用平定黄瓜干后，赐名“碧雪”，翌年即成为进献皇室的贡品；乾隆皇帝食用平定黄瓜干后，又亲书“龙筋”二字的皇票，赐予后沟村，平定州府特嘉奖“皇恩浩荡”金字牌匾一块。

Pingding cucumber jerky has a production history of over 500 years.

According to the "Pingding County Annals", the production of Pingding cucumber jerky began in the Hongwu year of the Ming Dynasty, and gradually became popular after the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. In addition to being supplied to local areas, a small amount of the product was sold to Beijing and Tianjin, and it was also a tribute from local officials to the royal family every year, hence the name "dragon tendon"; According to Li Yushu's "Dream Flower Hall Collection" in the Qing Dynasty, in the 42nd year of Kangxi's reign, he traveled westward to Pingding and stayed at Baijing Post. Local officials held banquets to entertain him, and after eating Pingding cucumber jerky, he was given the name "Bixue", the following year, it became a tribute to the royal family;After Emperor Qianlong consumed Pingding dried cucumbers, he personally wrote an imperial ticket with the two characters "dragon tendon" and bestowed it on Hougou Village. Pingding Prefecture specially commended a golden plaque with the words "infinite royal graciousness".

平定黄瓜干盛产于平定县冠山镇后沟村周围，位于文化名山冠山脚下，交通便利，三面环山，气候宜人，河水清澈，四季长流，特殊的水质和半沙土地的菜园最适宜黄瓜的生长，种植的黄瓜果实个大，瓜鲜肉厚，口感甜香。保护范围：平定县全县区域。

Pingding cucumber jerky is abundant around Hougou Village, Guanshan Town, Pingding County，located at the foot of the cultural mountain Guanshan. It has convenient transportation, surrounded by mountains on three sides, pleasant climate, clear river water, and continuous flow throughout the year. The special water quality and semi sandy soil of the vegetable garden are most suitable for the growth of cucumbers. The planted cucumbers have large fruits, fresh and thick flesh, and a sweet taste.

Protection scope: The entire county area of Pingding County.



     



产业发展


                                                             

作为“中华老字号”的平定黄瓜干产业一直挺立了几百年，后沟村及周围村庄的人们也以此为业，带动了当地农民的就业和增收。合作社在扩大生产规模、提高产量的同时，更注重产品质量的提高和品牌的建设，积极参加政府组织的各类展销活动，以此来提升产品的知名度与美誉度。现合作社成员已发展到200余户，带动就业人数达600余人，其中带动贫困人口100多人。多年来，平定黄瓜干合作社规模不断扩大，种植面积、黄瓜干的产量连年猛增，对当地农产品加工行业来说是一面旗帜，起到了标杆作用。

As a "Chinese time-honored brand", the Pingding cucumber jerky industry has been standing for hundreds of years, and the people of Hougou Village and surrounding villages have also taken it as an industry, driving the employment and income of local farmers. Cooperatives not only expand production scale and increase output, but also pay more attention to improving product quality and brand building. They actively participate in various exhibition and sales activities organized by the government to enhance product awareness and reputation. The cooperative has developed to more than 200 households, driving employment for more than 600 people, including more than 100 impoverished people.
For many years, the scale of Pingding cucumber jerky cooperative has been continuously expanding, with planting area and production of cucumber jerky increasing rapidly year by year. It is a banner and a benchmark for the local agricultural product processing industry.
