2023年，百琞成立五周年。百琞的今天，得益于每一位百琞人兢兢业业、勤勤恳恳的付出。我们无比感恩能够拥有一支如此专业且强大的团队。在五周年庆之际，我们倾听了团队的声音。今天，我们向大家介绍的同事是Cheri Huang。
Cheri是百琞Bayes美国华盛顿办公室的专利代理人，拥有世界著名大学的多个高等学位，涵盖电机工程、计算机科学、机械工程和工业管理领域。她在国内外的专利申请/诉讼方面拥有超过10年的经验，负责撰写、申请和管理超过1000起国内外专利案件。Cheri已经加入百琞的华盛顿办公室一年半了。

她认为百琞的优势在于“As far as I know, Bayes has a team of experienced and knowledgeable patent professionals who can provide valuable insights and services. What I am more surprised about is that Bayes may not have a large docketing team, but they are very efficiently taking care of various tasks with high accuracy.”（百琞拥有一支经验丰富、知识渊博的专利专家团队，可以提供宝贵的建议和服务。虽然百琞的流程团队规模不大，但她们能够高效而准确地处理好各种工作任务，这一点让我尤为惊讶。）
“I have always been taught that employees are the assets of the company/firm, and I have always believed in this. At Bayes, I feel like I'm being treated that way. Compared to my previous firm, the supervisors here respect my opinions and trust me, which makes me feel that I am an important presence in the firm. I prefer working here, an environment that supports and encourages mutual trust. ‘Use trustable people without suspicion. Do not trust people without a reason’ - from Zuo Zhuan (An ancient Chinese narrative history).”
