评选标准中国企业说了算：
Selection Criteria Determined by Chinese Enterprises：
• 30%官方判决数据（全部来自中国被告胜诉/和解案例）
• 30%Official judgment data (all from cases where Chinese defendants won or reached a settlement)
• 50%中企法务匿名打分（已邀30+出海龙头企业）
• 50%Anonymous scoring by in-house legal counsel of Chinese enterprises (over 30 leading overseas-going enterprises have been invited)
• 20%国际评审团，含前ITC法官+WIPO仲裁专家+某大厂美区诉讼负责人
• 20%International jury, including former ITC judges, WIPO arbitration experts, and the head of litigation for a major corporation in the U.S. region

Participation Channels：
• 企业法务：2025.11.30前，企业法务可提名合作过的美国律师/律所（可做为企业专家评审委员会候补专家）
• In-house legal counsel of enterprises: Before November 30, 2025, in-house legal counsel can nominate U.S. lawyers/law firms they have collaborated with (nominators may serve as alternate experts in the Enterprise Expert Review Committee)
• 律师/律所：扫描“二维码”下载载报名表，填写表格提交申请。
• Lawyers/law firms: Click "Read the Original Article" to download the application form, fill it out, and submit the application.

2025年12月首发SEP-10&ITC-10两个赛道评选结果，直接锁定明年337调查外部律师名单！其余两个赛道结果将于2026年陆续公布，敬请关注。
In December 2025, the selection results for the SEP-10 and ITC-10 tracks will be released first, directly identifying the list of external lawyers for next year's 337 investigations! Results for the other two tracks will be announced sequentially in 2026, so stay tuned.

IPR Daily推出「TOP IPR®全球榜单」，是中国的国际知识产权研究机构首次以统一、透明的标准，对海外律师和律所进行客观评价的开创之作。榜单采用“10位顶尖律师+10家最强律所”的双十结构，将覆盖中国、美国、欧盟、亚太、拉美五大区域，聚焦SEP、337、跨境电商、数据合规、绿色专利等七大赛道。
The "TOP IPR Global List" launched by IPR Daily is a pioneering initiative where a Chinese intellectual property industry media and an international intellectual property research institution jointly conduct an objective evaluation of overseas lawyers and law firms based on unified and transparent standards. Adopting a "Top 10 Lawyers and Top 10 Law Firms" dual-top-10 structure, the list covers five regions: China, the United States, the European Union, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America, and focuses on seven tracks including SEP, 337 investigations, cross-border e-commerce, data compliance, and green patents.
评选权重公开：官方判决数据30%，中企法务匿名打分50%，国际评审20%，接受全球复核。其核心目的在于为中国企业出海提供一张“按图索骥”的海外知识产权律师导航图，让企业在最短时间内内锁定最懂中文、懂时差、懂预算的可靠伙伴。
The selection weight is public: 30% from official judgment data, 50% from anonymous scoring by in-house legal counsel of Chinese enterprises, and 20% from international review, with global review accepted. Its core purpose is to provide Chinese enterprises going global with an "IP lawyer navigation map for overseas markets" that allows them to "find the right target by following the map". This enables enterprises to identify reliable partners who understand Chinese, time differences, and budget constraints in shortest time.
