维通利墨西哥基地完成厂房租赁，生产线筹建稳步推进 Victory Electric Secures Mexico Base Plant Lease, Line Construction Underway

2026年11月2日，北京维通利电气股份有限公司（证券代码：001393，简称「维通利」）披露投资者关系活动记录表。公司在10月30日接受机构调研时表示，墨西哥基地作为服务北美市场的重要战略支点，现已完成厂房租赁，生产线筹建工作稳步开展，当前项目建设进度符合预期。

On November 2, 2026, Beijing Victory Electric Co., Ltd. (Securities Code: 001393, "Victory Electric") released its investor relations activity record. During an institutional research session on October 30, the company said its Mexico base, a key strategic pillar for serving the North American market, has completed its plant lease and is steadily advancing production line construction, with progress in line with expectations.

据公司此前披露，其墨西哥子公司 VTLE MEXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. 于2025年9月30日设立，注册地为科阿韦拉州萨尔蒂约市，由北京维通利持股90%、株洲维通利持股10%，拟承担北美区域铜铝导电连接件与同步分解器的生产及销售。公司表示，海外本地化产能落地后，将缩短交付周期、降低物流成本，进一步提升对北美区域客户的配套响应能力。

According to earlier disclosures, its Mexican subsidiary VTLE MEXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. was incorporated on September 30, 2025 and is registered in Saltillo, Coahuila, with Beijing Victory Electric holding 90% and Zhuzhou Victory Electric 10%; it is intended to manufacture and sell copper and aluminium conductive connectors and synchro resolvers for the North American region. The company said localised overseas capacity will shorten delivery cycles, lower logistics costs and further improve its responsiveness to customers in North America.

维通利主营硬连接、柔性连接、触头组件、叠层母排和 CCS 等电连接产品及同步分解器，应用领域覆盖电力电工、新能源汽车、风光储与轨道交通，客户包括西门子、施耐德电气、ABB、通用电气、斯特兰蒂斯与比亚迪等。2026年前三季度，公司实现营业收入28.81亿元，同比增长30.23%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润2.49亿元，同比增长15.17%。

Victory Electric specializes in electrical connection products such as rigid and flexible connectors, contact assemblies, laminated busbars and CCS, as well as synchro resolvers, serving power equipment, new energy vehicles, wind, solar and storage, and rail transit, with customers including Siemens, Schneider Electric, ABB, GE, Stellantis and BYD. In the first three quarters of 2026, revenue reached RMB 2.881 billion, up 30.23% year on year, while net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 249 million, up 15.17%.
