WIPO中国：2026年产权组织调解和仲裁在线研讨会开放注册

世界知识产权组织（WIPO）仲裁与调解中心将于2026年11月17日至19日举办“产权组织调解和仲裁在线研讨会”。会议时间为北京时间每日17:00-19:00（欧洲中部时间10:00-12:00）。

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center will host the three-day WIPO Online Mediation and Arbitration Workshop from November 17 to 19, 2026, from 17:00 to 19:00 Beijing time (10:00 to 12:00 CET) each day.

本次研讨会旨在深化参会者对知识产权和技术争议中替代性争议解决机制（ADR）应用的理解。目标受众包括调解员、仲裁员、知识产权律师、公司法务、专利商标代理人以及商界专业人士（含中小企业和初创企业代表）。课程将帮助学员熟悉国际调解与仲裁程序，并提供相关角色培训。

The Workshop aims to promote understanding of WIPO Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) options for the resolution of intellectual property (IP) and technology disputes. It is designed for mediators, arbitrators, IP lawyers, in-house counsel, patent and trademark attorneys and business professionals – including SMEs and startups – wishing to familiarize themselves with international mediation and arbitration procedures and to receive training as mediators, arbitrators or party representatives.

研讨内容涵盖多行业的知识产权与技术争议解决，重点解析《产权组织调解规则》《产权组织仲裁规则》及《产权组织快速仲裁规则》的实务应用，并指导争议解决条款的起草。演讲嘉宾包括资深产权组织调解员/仲裁员、执业律师及中心工作人员。会议设充足问答环节，促进互动交流。

The Workshop will cover IP and technology mediation and arbitration across a range of industry sectors, with particular focus on the practical case application of the WIPO Mediation, Arbitration and Expedited Arbitration Rules, and guidance on drafting of dispute resolution clauses. Speakers include WIPO mediators and arbitrators, external counsel, and WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (WIPO Center) professionals, all experienced in the conduct of international mediation and arbitration procedures. Ample Q&A opportunities will enable attendees to interact with the speakers.

研讨会面向公众免费开放。全程参与三天课程的学员将获得参与证书。

The Workshop is open to the public and free of charge. Certificates of participation will be issued to participants who attend all three days of the Workshop in full.
