我们的供应商无法办理出口报关，也无法提供出口商所需的全套单证。请问贵司能否以合法的出口代理身份开展业务，或安排具备资质的出口商（Exporter of Record）？请说明合规的操作流程，以及供应商需要提供哪些必要资料。我们可提供真实的商业发票、装箱单、供应商身份证明及产品详细信息。
以一批无品牌货物为例：包含 100 件 T 恤、200 条男士内裤、200 件连帽衫、300 个瓶子和 200 顶帽子，这些货物可能来自不同的中国供应商。出口港口可为深圳或其他中国港口（视贵司服务范围而定）。货物总重量尚未最终确定。
请报出每份出口报关单的“最低总费用”（以人民币计），并列出各项费用明细，包括报关申报费、出口代理服务费、单证制作费，以及涉及多家供应商或多个海关编码（HS Code）时可能产生的额外费用。贵司能否与我们指定的货运代理对接并处理相关单证事宜？此外，贵司是否有重量门槛、按公斤计费标准、货值限制、最低收费标准，或其他潜在的附加费用？
我们仅需出口报关服务，无需运输服务。请明确贵司可提供服务的港口，并告知办理出口报关所需的具体文件。
I represent Import RH, a Canadian importing business. We need CHINA
EXPORT CUSTOMS DECLARATION ONLY, without shipping, pickup,
warehousing, transportation or freight booking. We have our own
freight forwarder.
Our suppliers cannot arrange export customs clearance or provide all
the exporter documentation. Can you legally act as an export agency or
arrange an authorized exporter of record? Please explain the compliant
procedure and what the true suppliers must provide. We can supply
genuine invoices, packing lists, supplier identities and product
details.
Example shipment, all unbranded: 100 T-shirts, 200 men's underwear,
200 hoodies, 300 bottles and 200 hats from potentially different
Chinese suppliers. Shenzhen or another Chinese port, depending on
service. Total shipment weight has not yet been finalized.
Please quote your LOWEST TOTAL COST in RMB per export declaration,
with a breakdown of customs filing, legal export agency, document, and
any multiple-supplier / multiple-HS-code fees. Can you handle the
paperwork with our independent freight forwarder? Do you have any
weight thresholds, per-kg rates, value limits, minimum fees or
potential extras?
We only need export clearance, NOT shipping. Please specify your
available ports and documents needed.
