赛轮墨西哥工厂与 TGI 达成经销协议 Sailun's Mexico plant signs distribution agreement with TGI

近日，海外轮胎行业媒体 Tire Business、Tire Review、Modern Tire Dealer 报道，美国分销商 Tire Group International（TGI）与赛轮墨西哥合资工厂 Aztema 签署协议，TGI 将在佛罗里达州、俄勒冈州、华盛顿州独家经销 Nobhex 品牌乘用车、SUV 及轻卡轮胎。

US distributor Tire Group International (TGI) has signed an agreement with Aztema, Sailun’s joint venture facility in Mexico, according to reports from overseas tire media including Tire Business, Tire Review and Modern Tire Dealer. Under the agreement, TGI will be the exclusive distributor of Nobhex passenger, SUV and light truck tires in Florida, Oregon and Washington State.

Nobhex 轮胎由 Aztema 位于墨西哥瓜纳华托州伊拉普阿托的工厂生产。协议约定，TGI 负责上述三州的独家经销，合作覆盖区域与 TGI 现有分销业务范围存在重合。

Nobhex tires are produced at Aztema’s plant in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico. The agreement grants exclusive distribution rights for the three states to TGI. The covered territories overlap with TGI’s existing distribution footprint.

Aztema is Sailun’s first tire production base in North America, with a designed annual capacity of 6 million semi-steel tires. The project broke ground on May 15, 2024. On May 29, 2025, the first high-performance semi-steel radial tire rolled off the production line and the production line was completed. The plant shipped its first batch of products in March 2026. On October 15, 2026, Sailun Tire stated on its investor relations platform that the Mexican plant had entered the stage of mass production and sales.

UN Comtrade trade statistics indicate shifts in the source share of U.S. passenger tire imports between 2015 and the first half of 2026. Beyond tariff terms, the relatively short transportation distance between Mexico and the United States is one factor considered in supply chain arrangements.
