"M.Video-Eldorado continues to increase delivery speed and offer convenient and diverse options for receiving goods. As the leading retailer of technological products with thirty years of expertise in service support for large-sized items, we were the first on the market to offer a unique service for delivering such goods on the day of order. Now we also have an express service available, which allows customers to receive washing machines, refrigerators, or heaters in a short period, for example, those who have encountered unexpected equipment failures, need clean clothes, fresh groceries, or warmth," says Dmitry Marykin, Director of Customer Service and Digital Experience at the retail chain group M.Video-Eldorado.
