1. 与外部的监管部门建立良好的合作关系，对接监管部门的指令与案件跟进，维护好公司的品牌形象，最小化风险舆情事件；

2. 负责国内外竞争领域法律公共政策研究工作，参与规范性文件影响；

3. 与内部相关团队完成良好的合作推进，建设与政府监管对接的处理流程、紧急事件处理流程;

4. 组织并开展风险评估、测试和审计，建立和运营风险预警和上升机制，确保合规政策及机制的有效性，并持续改进和纠正薄弱点；

5. 支持不同业务版块的竞争合规工作，包括风险排查、重要合同审查、重要项目风险评估处理等；

6. 开展国内外项目的经营者集中合规审查，完善经营者集中竞争合规审查流程；

7. 开展竞争合规培训，推进竞争合规文化建设；

8. 应对具体竞争案件，包括对案件风险进行评估，制定详细应对方案，协调集团内外各方资源等。

任职要求：

1. 国内外院校法学专业毕业，硕士、LLM或JD优先，竞争法、产业组织理论或其他相关专业硕士以上学历，熟悉相关法律法规和政策；

2. 8年以上监管机构、律所、企业等相关法律、合规工作经验，有在市场监督管理局或者相关监管机构工作经验优先；

3. 抗压能力和沟通能力强，具有开放型思想，批判性和实践思维，乐观，好奇和团队合作精神，

4. 具备良好的产品或流程运营思维；

5. 英语可作为工作语言；

6. 法学教育背景，至少持有一个司法管辖区的法律职业资格，具有普通法系职业资格优先。
