WIPO中国：2027年产权组织知识产权模拟法庭竞赛现已开放申请

世界知识产权组织（WIPO）正式启动2027年产权组织知识产权模拟法庭竞赛申请工作。该赛事旨在为符合条件的法学院学生提供平台，通过法律研究、文书写作及口头辩论，深化并展示其在知识产权法领域的专业技能。参赛队伍将围绕复杂的国际知识产权争议，在专家评审团面前分别代表双方进行抗辩。

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is pleased to announce the launch of the application period for the 2027 WIPO IP Moot Court Competition. The competition offers eligible law students an opportunity to strengthen and demonstrate their skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy in IP law. Participants will argue both sides of a complex international IP dispute before a panel of expert judges.

本届竞赛案例聚焦于快速发展的直播行业，深入探讨技术创新、知识产权权利与网络执法之间交织产生的复杂法律问题。

This edition's moot problem will explore the fast-evolving world of live streaming, where innovation, intellectual property rights, and online enforcement intersect.

每支参赛队伍须由两名35岁及以下的法学院学生和一名教练组成。

Each team must consist of two law students aged 35 and under and one coach.

申请团队需完成在线申请表填写、提交签署后的声明表，并按指南要求上传一段5分钟预录视频辩论。选拔将通过竞争性视频申请程序进行。

Students must complete the online application form, submit the signed Declaration Form, and upload a five-minute pre-recorded video argument in accordance with the Application Guidelines. Participating teams will be selected through a competitive video application process.

截止时间为2026年11月6日23:59（日内瓦时间，CET）。

The application deadline is November 6, 2026, at 23:59 Geneva time (CET).

竞赛分为视频申请、书面陈述、线上口头辩论及日内瓦决赛四个阶段。最终八支优胜队伍将晋级国际决赛，并于2027年6月8日至10日在产权组织日内瓦总部角逐殊荣。

The competition comprises a video application, written submissions, online oral rounds and final rounds in Geneva. The top eight teams will advance to the international stage and compete in the Finals at WIPO Headquarters in Geneva from June 8 to 10, 2027.

产权组织将承担进入日内瓦决赛的八支队伍中学生成员的差旅费用。

WIPO will cover travel costs for the student members of the eight finalist teams participating in the final rounds in Geneva.
