三星SDS收购空运货代以强化空运操作能力

近期，韩国三星集团旗下物流与IT服务企业三星SDS（Samsung SDS）签署协议，拟收购韩国空运货代企业Woojung Air 100%的股权，交易计划于2026年底前完成。

此次交易的重点，不只是扩大航空货代业务规模，更在于三星SDS希望借助Woojung Air在航空货运舱位采购、货物集拼、机场货站操作等方面的能力，进一步掌握航空物流供应链中的关键环节。

广东机场集团肇庆大旺跨境电商国际货站正式启用

10月13日，大旺跨境电商国际货站正式启用，跨境货物同步发车，满载跨境电商包裹的监管车辆从货站驶出，封闭驳运直达广州白云机场空侧，标志着该条“出厂即登机”的出海通道正式贯通。

大旺跨境电商国际货站是肇庆市联动广东省机场管理集团有限公司打造的白云机场异地前置枢纽，是全省首个跨市域陆运直达的海关查验、民航安检、航空组板“三前置”货站，也是白云国际机场首个“三前置”异地航空货站。

DHL拟投资超4亿欧元加码中东欧

DHL近日宣布，计划到2030年向中欧和东欧地区投资超过4亿欧元，重点布局波兰、捷克、匈牙利和罗马尼亚，资金将用于扩建仓储及物流基础设施、运输网络，并引入供应链管理技术。

DHL还计划在波兰卡托维兹建设新的航空快递终端，进一步提升区域物流服务能力。

中远海运开通中国-南美海空联运新通道

近日，中远海运旗下海运与物流供应链公司联合推出中国—秘鲁—巴西海空联运通道。货物从上海海运至秘鲁钱凯港，再转空运至巴西圣保罗，全程约30天，较纯海运缩短约10天。

首票货物抵达钱凯港后，仅用48小时便完成中转作业。依托中远海运数字化平台，货主还可通过单一追踪号查询全程物流信息。未来，该通道计划以钱凯港为枢纽，向南美更多地区延伸。

近期，重工业具身智能机器人企业帝尔博格（DareRobot）完成亿元级 Pre-A+ 轮融资，融资资金将主要用于重工通用具身核心技术研发、机器人产品迭代及市场拓展。帝尔博格主要面向军工、钢铁、海装船舶、能源装备等重工业领域，提供智能切割、打磨、焊接、涂装等机器人产品。公司正在加强长三角地区、西南区域的业务布局，并同步建设海外市场渠道。

DHL Global Forwarding establishes six air cold chain corridors

DHL 宣布扩大其Health Logistics冷链网络，新增六条专门的生命科学医疗保健空中走廊，将欧洲和北美与亚洲的主要医疗保健和制药中心连接起来。此举将强化新加坡、辛辛那提枢纽在其医药冷链物流网络中的地位。

DHL Global Forwarding has expanded its DHL Health Logistics Cold Chain Network with six new dedicated Life Sciences & Healthcare (LSH) air corridors connecting Europe and North America with key healthcare and pharmaceutical hubs across Asia.

The forwarder said that the newly established air corridors include Liège-Shanghai, Brussels-Shanghai, Brussels-Singapore, Cincinnati-Singapore, Cincinnati-Tokyo Narita, and Cincinnati-Seoul Incheon.

The newly launchedBoeing remains busy with 777 freighter orders and deliveries corridors are primarily supported through DHL's dedicated network, with the majority of flights operating on DHL Express-branded aircraft.

Keeping shipments within the DHL network reduces handovers and gives the company greater control over the cargo throughout its journey, supporting consistent and reliable handling of temperature-sensitive healthcare products.

The new Brussels-Singapore and Cincinnati-Singapore corridors further strengthen Singapore's role as a key gateway within DHL's global healthcare logistics network.

Cincinnati serves as a gateway connecting US customers with pharmaceutical markets across Asia while complementing DHL's broader healthcare logistics capabilities, further strengthened through airside and off-airport investments to increase DHL's temperature-controlled handling and storage footprint.

Boeing remains busy with 777 freighter orders and deliveries

美国联邦航空局授予波音公司777F货机的排放豁免权，使其能够在2027年底之后、2031年前可以再销售35架符合适航证书条件的777 F。波音公司表示，2026年收到6架777 F新订单。

Data published by Boeing demonstrates that 777 freighter activity is still healthy following the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) decision to grant an emissions exemption for the cargo model.

The aircraft manufacturer's order and delivery data for 2026 shows that six 777Fs have been ordered this year.

Most recently, Ethiopian Airlines Group ordered two 777Fs in September, as part of a wider order for eight new generation Boeing 777-8Fs.

On the deliveries front, Boeing's data shows that 20 of the model have been delivered so far this year, with FedEx and Air China Cargo both taking delivery of one aircraft last month.

The longevity of Boeing's 777F was boosted in September when the FAA granted Boeing an emissions exemption for the aircraft model that will enable it to continue selling them beyond the end of 2027.

The decision by the FAA means that Boeing, which filed its emissions exemption request in December and had requested that the exemption be approved by 1 May, can sell 35 more 777Fs that will be eligible for a Certificate of Airworthiness.
