近期，有外媒收到了一份在土耳其和黑海区域广为流传的信件，信件指出，从克里米亚港口去往土耳其的船舶，将不能在土耳其港口进行作业！
信件内容如下：
根据三月中生效的最新规定，土耳其当局不允许所有的代理商接触（例如船员更换，补给供应，货物交付等）来自克里米亚港口，包括塞瓦斯托波尔（Sevastapol）, 刻赤（Kerch）, 雅尔塔（Yalta）, 西奥多西娅（Theodosia）, 叶夫帕托里亚（Evpatoria）的船舶，即使是船舶已经在去往土耳其途中。这些船舶将不被允许在土耳其港口清关和进行装卸作业。

Ref. to latest regulation came in force by the middle of March/2017 , no any agency contact (such as crew change,provision/ctm delivery etc..) will be permitted by Authority to the vessels comes from any Crimea Port (Sevastapol, Kerch, Yalta, Theodosia, Evpatoria) , even in transit status. Such vessels will not be allowed also to get custom clearance and/or perform discharging/loading operation in any Turkish Port.
