我们正在乌克兰筹备红薯（Sweet Potato）农业项目，目标是：
探索并建立适合乌克兰气候与土壤条件的红薯种植模式
以高端 → 中端市场为主，逐步形成稳定供应
同时覆盖
乌克兰本地高端市场（精品超市 / 餐饮 / 健康食品）
欧盟市场（合规出口，分级销售）
我们不以“低价大宗”为目标，而是将红薯定位为：
健康、营养、差异化的高价值农产品
I. Project Background (English)
We are preparing a Sweet Potato agricultural project in Ukraine, with the goal to:
Develop locally adapted sweet potato cultivation systems suitable for Ukrainian soil and climate
Focus on premium to mid-range markets, rather than low-price bulk commodities
Serve both:
High-end domestic Ukrainian markets (premium supermarkets, restaurants, health food channels)
EU markets (compliant export with grading and packaging)
Sweet potato is positioned as a high-value, healthy agricultural product, not a low-margin staple crop.

地区不设限：可在敖德萨周边或其他具备条件的区域
综合考量因素包括：
土地条件（土壤结构、排水）
气候与无霜期
降雨与灌溉条件
物流可达性
我们将根据专业团队建议与实地考察最终确定种植区域。
II. Location Principles (English)
Location is flexible (Odesa region or other suitable areas)
Key factors include:
Soil quality and drainage
Climate and frost-free period
Rainfall and irrigation conditions
Logistics accessibility
Final site selection will be based on professional evaluation and on-site inspections.
三、我们坦诚说明的风险与困难（中文）
我们认为，只有充分理解风险，合作才有长期价值：
气候与霜冻风险：
乌克兰无霜期较短，对品种选择与种植窗口要求高红薯并非“低门槛作物”：
真正的商业化红薯种植，需要稳定育苗体系
起垄、覆膜、滴灌
病虫害与连作管理
熟化（Curing）与储存是核心难点：
没有成熟的熟化与储存方案，就无法支撑高端市场定价市场价格可能波动：
当前高价包含稀缺溢价，未来需依靠品质与渠道维持利润欧盟出口合规要求严格：
包括分级、包装、食品安全、物流与通关
👉 因此，我们只寻找有真实经验的专业团队，不做“试验性种植”。
III. Risks & Challenges (English)
We believe transparency is essential for long-term cooperation:
Climate & frost risks
Ukraine has a relatively short frost-free period, requiring precise timing and suitable varietiesSweet potato is not a low-barrier crop
Commercial success requires:Stable seedling systems
Raised beds, mulching, drip irrigation
Disease and rotation management
Curing and storage are critical bottlenecks
Without proper curing and storage, premium pricing is unsustainableMarket price volatility
Current high prices partly reflect scarcity and may normalize over timeStrict EU export compliance
Including grading, packaging, food safety, logistics, and customs procedures
