“你好 APEC”北美文化市集在蛇口落幕，加墨风情点燃社区活力
10月18日（周六）下午，“你好 APEC：体验北美”蛇口文化市集在深圳市南山区蛇口举行。本次活动由蛇口外籍人士管理服务中心主办，墨西哥驻广州总领事馆、魁北克政府深圳办事处及华南加拿大商会提供支持。活动汇聚了来自加拿大和墨西哥的美食、音乐、体育项目及文化展览，吸引了大量中外居民参与。
墨西哥展区：亡灵节传统与拉美热情交融
墨西哥展区重点展示了“亡灵节”（Día de los Muertos）的传统习俗。现场不仅提供塔可、玉米片、墨西哥辣香肠等特色美食，还有Jarritos汽水和玛格丽特鸡尾酒供游客品尝，并演示了草莓味龙舌兰酒的制作过程。
Mariachi（马里亚奇）乐队演奏了传统墨西哥音乐，营造出浓厚的节日氛围。游客们参与了制作沙锤、绘制骷髅脸谱等活动，并在以墨西哥摔角（Lucha Libre）为主题的拍照点留影。墨西哥居民Aileeng Lee Rios向观众介绍了皮纳塔（Piñata）的文化意义，孩子们争相击打彩罐，糖果散落引来阵阵欢呼。此外，展区还陈列了手绘陶瓷骷髅、宽边帽及手工饰品，并设有西班牙语交流角。

加拿大展区：休闲文化与互动体验并重
加拿大展区展现了北美文化中轻松惬意的一面。现场供应Tim Hortons咖啡、肉汁奶酪薯条（Poutine）和枫糖浆，并展出枫叶主题商品及DIY手工艺品。加拿大游客Julien Sater幽默地推荐肉汁奶酪薯条，称其虽为“热量炸弹”，但“美味无比”。
互动环节同样丰富，游客体验了地板曲棍球和帕德尔球（Padel），欣赏了加拿大教师Kristin表演的英语单口喜剧，以及南山国际学校学生乐队的演出。

APEC知识枢纽：促进多元文化交流
除北美主题外，市集还设有国际美食摊位及中国非物质文化遗产展示区，实现了本土与国际传统的融合。“APEC知识枢纽”邀请游客在各主题摊位集章，并参与APEC相关知识问答。
