Job Description 岗位职责

负责GGP农场的运营工作，包括生产计划、运营预算、管理各项行政事务，以及维护与供应商和客户的关系，以确保盈利 

Be responsible for the operations of GGP farm, including production planning, the operating budget, managing various administrative tasks, and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure profitability

• 实施GGP农场战略，并为团队设定绩效目标Implement the GGP farm strategy and set performance goals for the team 

• 监督农场的日常运营，组织并优化生产，监管生产流程，确保运营效率并提高生产力 

  Oversee the farm daily operation, organize and optimize production, supervise production processes, guarantee operational efficiency and improve productivity

• 确保员工遵守生物安全、健康和安全规定 

  Ensure that staff comply with biosafety, health, and safety regulations

• 针对问题提出解决方案

  Propose solutions to problems

• 巡视养殖场的各个区域进行检查，确保所有既定程序均符合公司标准

  Visit the various sections of the farms to conduct inspections and ensure that all established procedures comply with company standards

• 协助起草年度预算并监控运营成本，编制并向管理委员会提交运营、生产及成本报告

  Assist in drafting annual budgets and monitoring operating costs, prepare and present operational, production, and cost reports to management committee

• 监督新员工的招聘和培训工作

  Oversee the recruitment and training of new employees

• 确保员工高效工作并获得职业发展机会

  Ensure that employees work productively and have opportunities for professional growth

Requirements 岗位要求

• 本科或以上学历，畜牧或相关专业

  Bachelor's degree or higher in animal husbandry or a related field

• 具备农业领域的管理经验，特别是畜牧场管理经验

  Management experience in the agricultural sector, particularly in managing a livestock farm

• 熟悉业务流程和职能（生产、团队管理等）

  Knowledge of business processes and functions (production, team management, etc.)

• 出色的沟通能力

  Excellent communication skills

Job Description 岗位职责

1.  全球遗传服务 Global genetic services（50%）

• 与 Nucléus 及集团创新团队密切合作，推进与遗传发展相关的项目，确保新技术在我们中国的 GGP（曾祖代）猪场中得到及时采纳与应用

  Work closely with Nucléus and Group Innovation Team on projects related to genetic development, ensuring the timely adoption and application of new technologies in our Chinese GGP farms

• 与集团创新团队协同，参与在中国开展的跨部门研发项目

  Colaborate with the Group Innovation Team and participate in transversal R&D Projects in China

• 与 Cooperl 的战略合作伙伴共同开发并实施育种计划，根据需要设计适合中国市场的全新育种目标

  Develop and implement breeding programs with Cooperl strategic partners, design new breeding objectives tailored to the Chinese market as needed

• 与法国遗传专家及客户的遗传团队合作，对育种计划进行科学规划

  Collaborate with French genetic experts and client genetic teams to scientifically plan breeding programs

2. 研发工作 R&D（30%）

• 建立并维护与内部及外部合作伙伴（包括研究机构、大学等）的合作关系

  Establish and maintain collaboration with internal and external partners including research institutions, universities

• 保持敏锐的科学与技术洞察，以识别颠覆性创新：紧跟动物选育与遗传领域的最新科技进展，就相关话题与 Nucléus 遗传专家交流想法，并为总部提供建议

  Ensure active scientific and technological watch to identify disruptive innovations: Stay informed about technological and scientific advances in the field of selection, exchange views with Nucléus genetics experts on these topics, and advise headquarters

• 与公共研究机构（如法国国家农业食品与环境研究院 INRAE、各大学）以及国内外私营合作伙伴建立战略伙伴关系

  Develop strategic partnerships with public research institutes (INRAE, universities) and national and international private partners

• 担任与中国基因组检测实验室的联络人

  Serve as the liaison with genomic testing laboratories in China

• 监督与管理本地研发项目

  Monitoring and management of local R&D projects

3. 销售支持、代表与品牌推广 Sales, representation, and sales support（20%）

• 培训销售团队和服务技术人员，确保其充分理解 Nucléus 的产品和育种计划

  Train sales teams and service technicians to ensure they fully understand Nucléus’s products and breeding programs

• 提升影响力和代表性：担任 Nucléus 面向学术合作伙伴（如 INRAE 等）和国际机构的科学发言人

  Influence and representation: scientific spokesperson for Nucléus with academic partners (INRAE, etc.) and international bodies

• 通过撰写报告、沟通交流以及在国际会议上（英语/中文）发表演讲来推广科学成果

  Promote scientific results through reports, communications, and presentations at international conferences (English / Chinese)

• 监测竞品和行业趋势，以保持市场竞争力

  Monitor competitors' products and industry trends to maintain market competitiveness

Requirements 岗位要求

• 工作经验：拥有至少 5 年的动物遗传相关工作经验（其中包含 2 到 5 年专注于遗传学核心职能的经验）

  Experience: Minimum 5 years in an Animal Genetics role Experience of 2 to 5 years in a genetics-related role
