在往来账款管理方面，课程深入解读《华远国际陆港集团有限公司应收账款及预付账款管理办法》，对应收及预付账款的管理流程、风险管控、催收机制、责任落实及考核评价等关键环节进行逐项剖析，进一步明确岗位职责，强化全周期风险管控能力。

Focus on Financial Risk Control and Tax Compliance
The training centered on financial risk control and fiscal/tax compliance, covering group receivables/payables management, VAT withholding for natural persons, and VAT policies for non-taxable transactions.
Based on the Group's administration measures for accounts receivable and prepayments, the session detailed key processes including risk control, debt collection, accountability, and performance assessment, thereby strengthening full-cycle risk management.
Regarding tax obligations, the course systematically explained practical essentials such as applicable scenarios, calculation standards, and declaration procedures for VAT withholding. It also clarified the boundaries between taxable and non-taxable transactions, specifying requirements for invoice issuance and tax deductions to help employees avoid operational tax risks.
